I arrived to hotel on 01 October and I was very well welcomed by same young lady as my previous visit to Edirne from may 2024. I am sorry because I have not her name but next time I will ask her name. During last 4 years I stayed 9 Times at this hotel and every time I felt liike home. Very close to mall Erasta and many nice places. This year I went to downtown with my car and I found many shops and many parking lots. Edirne is a very nice and interesting town to visit and rest. At hotel we had a very good breakfast and nice meals for diner. On tv we had youtube Next times I will stay again at this hotel

Extremely helpful young lady on reception who helped us both on interesting places to visit in the old city , only a short taxi drive away and the on driving to Istanbul regarding tolls on the motorway, really a great help. Also huge underground secure car park with direct lift access to room floor

Soundproofing to adjacent room was not good with screaming children very discernible but on informing reception who could not unfortunately provide an alternative room being fully booked , called the occupants to be quiet - this worked !

The breakfast is good, the staff is really nice, everything is clean, the room is spacious, a few minutes by walking you get to the biggest shopping center in Edirne which is a plus

The sound isolation is not that well—I could hear a person snoring in the room next to me as if he was in my room. For me, it was not an issue because I sleep through anything, but a light sleeper might have issues so be aware.

Very polite staff, very clean hotel, underground garage (which most hotels do not have) and open garage, close to Erasta Mall. They speak English and the communication is good. They even come to the parking asking whether they ca help you. We were two families and they have allocated adjasent rooms which was very kind. The rooms are spacious, though they do not have terrace. It was very kind that during the breakfast they come to the table to pour tea. Also, after our stay, I have received very kind feedback call, which none of the holtes in Edirne did (and our family was in more than 10 hotels in the past 2-3 years). We will definitely reccomend this hotel. Our kind reccomendation to be even better is to go the extra mile with the breakfast (it is very rich, various, and good, but some of their competitors make specific specialties) and also to have live music in the restaurant (e.g. Friday/Saturday) - we would gladly visit the restorant and listen to live music. Once again, it is very nice hotel, and the personnel are very polite and smiling. They make you feel that they are glad that you are their guest which is truly unique experience.

There is a restaurant nearby and it was noisy (until midnight), but this is not their fault. Also, we understand that that when they clean a room, if the client left belognings on the beds, they do not make the beds (to not touch the client's items). This makes sense, but if there is just one shirt or collar on the bed, it could be better (in my view) if they make the bed and then put the belonging where it was.

I was with my family and we booked an appartment. The appartment was exceptionally spacious and exceptionally clean. It possessed everything you need to have to feel and home and more. Everything was brand new and we enjoyed every minute at the hotel. The staff was friendly, attentive and very kind, the whole hotel was great. The breakfast was delicious and they had variety of food - for everyone. I highly recommend this place for leasure or business trip, for families or single visitors. The reality in the hotel is even better than the pictures in the site!

Rooms were clean and spacious. Very close to the mall and center. Good and spacious parking spots, outside and inside. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Good service from the waitresses. Polite personnel.

Breakfast was not so good. No diversity. Not anything typical for Turkish cuisine (Burek, baklava and typical sweets were missing). Coffee from the machine was very low quality and awful. For the breakfast, we had to wait some tables to get free so we can take a sit, this was not pleasant.

Very stylish and modern interior. Exceptionally courteous and responsive staff. The cleanliness is at an exceptionally high level. The location is more than excellent, everything is just a few steps away. The breakfast was superb - very rich, nothing was missing, and the food and beverages were of very high quality. Many thanks to the entire staff for the unforgettable stay. We will definitely return.

The air conditioning in the room was not working, and it was scorching hot outside, turning the room into a sauna. When we tried to turn on the air conditioning to cool down, it only blew warm air.

Location very good balanced if you have interests in the area around Trakya University Campus, but you want to be near of some nice places where you can spend some hours in the evening and dinning (ex. Kervanseray place). There is a good mall in proxy.

You may know that the hotel is not built in a very touristic spot. Some neighborhouds are fullof garages and deposits.

We booked this hotel on our way back to our country & it was a stress free experience. We were welcomed with a smile although it was past midnight when we arrived. We had everything we needed in the room, but only one set of towels. It was not a problem since we were staying one night only. The bed was big & comfortable. In the morning we were a bit bothered because there are no blackout curtains & the view was not spectacular. But we had a good breakfast with a variety of options. The fruits, veggies, olives, cheese were very good. The meat selection was not great, but the pastries were amazing! We would definitely recommend this place.

This may be the best hotel in Thracia region. Clean spacious rooms. Staff was very helpful and polite. They have a nice restaurant where you can find local food and the prices are reasonable.

They have centralized AC for winter season and room was too hot during the day. Still you can manage it by opening the windows.
