I would like to connect to the wifi ONLY ONCE with my passport number and room number. If I leave the hotel 10 times a day, I have to enter the wifi connection data as many times. There are many 4 and 5-star hotels in Turkey that offer this simple facility to connect to WIFI only once with your room number and passport series, and when you return to your hotel or room, the connection is done automatically without having to enter a username and password. I hope you can fix this inconvenience.

In the room I was accommodated, number 1303, the door handle to the bathroom is broken and needs to be repaired or replaced. The shower door is VERY HARD to open/close, please fix this problem. We would like these issues to be fixed next time we come back in September, because we have reservation in the same room, number 1303 ! Thank you !

The Turkish know how to do things right and this is no exception! Rooms great 👍 Parking excellent Check in great 👍 Breakfast excellent!! The staff was amazing and very attentive to our needs. Can highly recommend these Apparments for a couple of nights stay whilst shopping in Rooms have fridge, bottle of water on arrival,tea and coffee making facilities.Bathroom has hairdryer. The shower is amazing! Will return soon.

A little bit of construction Work is going on but cannot be helped and the noise was kept to a minimum.

Top hotel, 5-star conditions for the price of 3. Cleaning every day, water, coffee, tea available in the room, free of charge. It has a restaurant and a cafe on the ground floor. We wanted a certain room that we had liked in the past and that was offered to us by the lady at the reception (thank you very much, sorry I forgot her name). These people really want to help you. Thank you very much, Mr. Ugur G. Hasan. The breakfast is European style and very good. Parking in front of the hotel or 50 meters away, private, free. Erasta mall is a 10-minute walk away, and the Selimiye mosque is 20 minutes away, for those who want to admire the city not just by car. I recommend 💯

Very young boys from a sports club were staying next to our room. Those who stayed next to our room were some rudimentary, absolutely uneducated, noisy individuals who disturbed and chatted until after midnight, several evenings in a row. I'm sure there were other tourists bothered by them. I recommend that the hotel administration think carefully when they stay with such people, because they risk losing customers. Thank you.

General accommodation conditions grade 10. Friendly and smiling staff (Ceren) and the lady at the reception (Bike) helped us on several occasions, including getting the urban transport card. I recommend the promoțional for her. A lot of parking place any hour, no problem. If i have to comment in just one word: excelent. Keep going, this way....

Kind people working there, always polite and smiley. On check in they are giving fresh baked cookies and it is so nice idea, really warm welcome. Breakfast was perfect, could eat same each morning. Hotel was really nice, most likely we will return again 😊

Not that I didn’t like but just like improvement. Hotel gym is not well maintained, no good ventilation, towels, water, not so clean. I think this hotel is so so nice, worth of 10+ so maybe this is just like possible improvement point. Everything else is 10+.

This is always my preferred hotel for accommodation in Edirne. The rooms are extremely clean and well-organized, and the bathrooms are spotless in terms of hygiene. The staff are friendly, attentive, and professional; their willingness to assist with anything is truly commendable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, making you feel right at home. The breakfast offers a wide variety and great taste, making it the perfect start to your day. Additionally, the hotel’s restaurant serves delicious meals that are a must-try. The spacious and secure parking area, along with the self-service snack café for quick bites, adds to the convenience. Perfect place specially for a one night stop on a long car travel. Very delicious breakfast, comfortable bed and pillow as your preference. Room very well equipped with a big fridge, kettle, slippers, towels, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner, powerful hairdryer so you don’t need to carry up your big luggage for 1 night just have your PJ and a set of clothes for the morning and you are good to go. Upon arrival we got some home made cookies, were very delicious :) It was our 3rd time and will come back for sure.

Only thing why its not a 10 out of 10 is the sound isolation of the rooms. If the room looks to the highway you can hear the traffic, but even if you are lucky like we were last time and your room is located in the inner corridor you will hear everything happens in the next rooms. If you arrive late and would like to sleep long but the guests above your room decides to leave at 5am you will wake up because hearing them packing, pulling luggages moving furnitures etc. Hotel provided one set of earplugs in the room (and probably would give a 2nd as well if we ask) but its not eliminating the root cause…

Highly recommend! We had a very nice and cozy stay. + the playground was a huge plus for us (traveling with an 1yo baby) + breakfast was varied, fresh, delicious + friendly staff ( especially Ms. Asli from GR such a sweetheart) + private parking + comfy room, large enough, toiletries, everything you need + there is a Coffee Shop (with delicious coffee and sweets)

Just a suggestion: change the coffee from breakfast. Some fresh espresso would be nice. But there is a coffee shop in the hotel....so I enjoyed a very good coffee from there.

As always the stay at this hotel is excellent. We return there every year. The staff is really wonderful, Hasan, Burcu and Ugur have taken care of a wonderful welcome and the service is top notch. Our room was neat and clean thanks to dear Emine teyze she was at our service all the time, thank her for that. Breakfast is the most favorite part of staying at this hotel, varied, fresh and delicious and Asli made sure that everything was perfect, she is really very lovely and kind. We especially want to thank her for the wonderful relationship with our daughter. We can't wait to come again.

I stayed at this hotel while in transition, and it turned out to be a great choice. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable — everything I needed for a restful stay. The hotel offers excellent value for money without compromising on quality. The food was also great, and the staff were polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality really stood out. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I’d happily stay here again.
