West Bay provided us with a much needed leisurely stay following our 1800 km long journey across Europe with two young children. Checking in was smooth and Julie at reception has been very helpful. Our room was spacious, stylish and very comfortable! The beach is just a short walk away and we spent a lovely afternoon at a hut watching the sun set, followed by a lovely play at the hotel's own (and very-very clever!) playground. My husband had to work at night and he praised the strong wifi connection which was no fuss. I loved my morning coffee! The next day we continued our journey and Calais was a mere hour away. Altogether a beautiful hotel, lovely staff and very comfortable beds! Wish we stayed longer!

The room was large, comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and there was a nice balcony. The location was excellent, very close to the dunes/beach and the tram stop - convenient for short trips around the area. Also only a short car journey from Ypres/Ieper, which was a great town to visit.

It wasn't clear where the entrance was when we drove in - maybe a more clear sign and an indication of where you could stop the car for a short time before collecting the keyfob for the parking.

It is well kept, neat and clean hotel. Smells fresh and welcoming upon entry. Rooms are clean and swimming pool and play area are well maintained.

The hotel service offering, it is only being done at 16:00 pm in the afternoon and it is also done very inefficiently.

West Bay is beautiful place to stay when visiting the belgian coast line in Westende. It's about 900 Meters distance to the Coach line. The room was nicely arranged and the interior decoration was very appealing. The little kitchen in the room had everything needed to prepare and enjoy different Kinds of meals. The staff was very friendly and supportive at all times. The breakfast Menu, which needs to be booked additionally, was very flexible and had everything you could ever als for. This was really delightful, especially when keeping in mind that this was a visit in the vacation off-season. Absolute recommendation.

The mattress of the bed in our room didn't really feel comfortable for our backs, especially when we're both where lying in the bed.

The room was comfortable, with a well stocked kitchenette. It was a very good value for the price, I was surprised at how nice it was. The pet friendly hotel close to the pet friendly beach was ideal for me an my furry companion to have a lovely vacation. We wanted to stay an extra night to better enjoy the pool and location but they were fully booked.

The pillows were a bit lumpy and there was no summer duvet for the bed so it was quite hot at night.

It was particularly comfortable to have an apartment, but with the facilities of a hotel (reception, swimming pool, common areas, option of breakfast, etc). My son enjoyed the playground! The storage for bikes was an advantage. The apartment was nice, clean, and it had almost everything you need for a short stay The location was interesting, close to Westende (700 mtrs walking + one tram station to Westende beach) but in a peaceful area. The late check out (until 13:00) was only 20 eur extra.

- I would have liked to find in the apartment a fan and an electric kettle. And one table in the balcony. - The sofa bed was not very comfortable - There was a strong smell in the toilette - It seems to be a project under development, given to the Domaine a feeling of "desert"

You walk in & certainly feels luxurious & newly refurbed with soft furnishings. We arrived early & lucky our room was ready, more like a suite with separate bedroom, bathroom, lounge area (with sofa bed for the children) & kitchen area with hob & microwave & dining table. Everything you need, clean & comfortable. Plenty of secure parking, we paid 6 euros for 1 night. Various restaurants dotted about & local beach area especially to watch the sunset! Nice for a stopover on the way back to the UK, (but would gladly stay longer) about 45 minute drive to the Channel Tunnel.

There are no safety catches on the windows so they can completely open, we were on the second floor & fortunately we have older children, not sure I’d have relaxed with toddlers & open windows!

Spacious room. Clean. Kitchenette with all the accessoiries needed (fridge, pan, etc) Close to the Beach. With paid parking space.

I'm sure booking.com stated the breakfast was included. But unfortunately at arrival they Said No. There is a bakery in front of the hotel. No airco In the room SO with the Hot weather, everyone had their window open. You could here all the noise from the neighbours

Hotel is lovely, staff were very friendly and breakfast was nice too.

We stayed on the 2nd floor, with my two young boys. None of the windows have security catches to stop them opening fully. In the UK I think this is a legal requirement to avoid children falling out. As it is too high as a means of emergency exit, these windows need to be secured.

how clean it is and that it isn’t far away from the beach by foot and the best of all the breakfast

the natural pool, i feel like more people would go to the pool if it was a normal one, it doest feel clean with all the flies and mosquitoes flying above it
