It was clean and smelled fresh, the breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly. The dove hand soap in the bathrooms smelled divine!! The bed with the pillow top was comfy, and there were pillows that were perfect. The pool was a nice bonus for the kiddo, and they provided towels for it, which was nice.

Nothing-though, I do not like carpet, in general…everything appeared clean none-the-less. My husband loved the bacon on Sunday, but just wished they had it more days of our stay (mon-wed). The second bed in the room did not have the pillow top-would have been nice to have it on both, but the bed was not uncomfortable without it, just a little firmer than we’d like. And I wish they offered a way to purchase the pillows-looked at the tags of the ones we liked (there were multiple of varied soft/firmness provided) and they are IHG brand. So…really no REAL complaints at all. :)

The breakfast was great for people who is not on special diets duch as no sodium, although they did have a small amount of food for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free and you could ask special permission from the cook to cook your food without sodium.

SINCE I AM FROM THE MOST NORTHERN STATE ON THE EAST COAST, I didn't like the knats flying outside the property and when I inquired about them, I was told that knats are important pollinators and that's why they don't exterminate.

The location was excellent and the breakfast was great,tasty, and hot. The service was overall great everywhere from checking-in til checking-out. Will always be a great place to stay.

It's nothing I didn't like or nothing I wasn't please about.

Matthew at the front desk went above and beyond to help me when my car wouldn’t start i appreciate it because I knew no one there he made my stay worth coming back just with his kindness and concerns

It was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful we had a great view beds were very comfortable the breakfast was excellent it was good and the presentation was amazing and the kids enjoyed the I pool

Maid service was awsome. Front desk was very professional, friendly, respectful and informative.

Phone in the room didn't work, couldn't contact the front desk without going downstairs. Didn't have regular coffee pods

No enough handicap parking spaces

I liked the cleanliness of the inside and outside of the property. I also liked the soft towels instead of the scratchy ones. I also liked the breakfast

The entry way was being remodeled and it was unappealing but I guess that's to be expected

Good location and rooms were clean and modern.

Someone was having a party in the room next to us all night the second night we were there and the hotel staff did not get them to quiet down until 2:30 AM

The young man, Andrew, at the front desk was an absolute delight! Great customer service experience.

The AC in our room would not turn off. We had to unplug it...slightly inconvenient but nothing big.
