Spending QT time with my guy at the hotel.

Only thing I don't be liking is the fact that it's never a FULL stay regardless of how many days I reserve a room for. For example if CHECK-IN TIME is 2 P.M. & CHECK-OUT TIME is at 11, that's NOT a FULL DAY but I'm getting CHARGED for a FULL DAY. I understand the rooms have to be CLEANED by a certain TIME each day but I feel like there needs to be a better SYSTEM in place bc I don't think it's fair to be charged for a FULL DAY(S) when it's NEVER actually a FULL DAY(S).

The hotel was extremely clean and you could smell how clean it was. The lobby area was clean as well. I tipped the housekeeper to show my appreciation of her hard work. she was surprised and looked grateful

The front desk clerk told me she won’t need my card for incidentals (we checked in after midnight) she advised me she needed my card and took a long time with it. she went behind the counter with it and made a hard copy of it. I was concerned and asked her to please shred it when they were done. I’m not sure why they did it that way

Easy access from hwy. Easy check in. Room was comfortable and staff accommodated all requests. Large space with chair and table for eating. Shower was excellent pressure and water hot. Obvious efforts to maintain and update the property. Good hot breakfast.

Very clean, easy on and off to the freeway.

$38 extra for pet, not mentioned on booking.com. $100.00 extra "hold" cost incase the room is trashed. Thought that was interesting.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast buffet could have been better. Some fresh fruit would be nice. Maybe some grits or oatmeal. Overall it was good.

It wasn’t covered all the way to get to the lobby for breakfast. It was raining so I had to round the corner in the rain for food

When I want to get away for some peace and quiet this is the hotel I will come to all the time I don’t care how much room is a peace of mind is the best way to go

Housekeeping did an excellent job day after day. Front desk staff was amazing.

I love the comfort of the room overall the beds are very comfortable. The lobby was exceptionally clean, the hostess was very friendly during my check in.

I loved everything I just wish you could stay the whole 24hrs

The place is very clean and nice and quiet I love it I will always go there a peace of mind and the breakfast is amazing this is probably the cleanest hotel I have seen an organized well

Only thing I didn't like is I spilled a little bit of juice on the bed sheet and they wanted to charge me $135 for that but I called them and they cleared it up and put my money back on my card
