Clean, quiet. Room access is inside and inside hallway is secure. Breakfast was provided. It was good. I liked the little bench by the TV. Good value. Would stay there again

Single king bed as requested. No chair in the room. Was glad I had elected not to try to work in my room. No chair made eating and watching TV a problem. I don't like eating on the bed. Bathroom could have used some handicapped grab bars. I didn't try to shower because I was afraid of falling while getting in and out. Room could have used more lights. Bedside lamps and a light by the door were inadequate.

Everything was great with the property and staff. They are very nice and willing to help out anyway they can if asked.

The only thing that we were disappointed in was we stayed there 4-5 different times and they kept telling us the inspector was due any day to inspect the pool and it still isn’t happening. This is the only reason we’re going to try somewhere else this time because of the pool. And honestly I really hate to switch spots because we really really like the owners, and the staff and location. Actually we really like everything else about the property.

I love how large the rooms were and the bathroom was nice. The beds were very comfy. The breakfast was also a plus.

The smoke smell in the hallway but it wasn’t in my room at all. That is the only negative I had to say. I was very impressed.

They do offer free Continental breakfast during the week and weekends. The location is great for me it's a 15 min Walk to the stadium. Everything is within walking distance with food places. They have a Publix up the road that's a 5 min car ride.

Only complaint if I had a couple the walls aren't sound proof enough to where it blocks out most noises. Only when I got in the shower to start it every time some rust was in the water which made it look orange color. They are going through some renovations so that could be the cause

The employees were absolutely wonderful. So kind to me and my son, it honestly felt like staying with friends. I will be back every trip! The room was clean, comfortable and spacious! My new favorite place to stay! They were very welcoming to my toddler and my little puppy.

Room was clean, ac worked great and kept the room nice and cold. Staff was great, very friendly and housekeeping was excellent. Right across the street from FSU, can walk to the stadium. Lots of good food choices within walking distance.

No ice machine and when we asked for ice, only got a small Styrofoam cup.

The room was a nice size, the place was safe, the location was convenient, the breakfast was decent but I wish there were more hot options. The cable and Internet was GREAT!! Quite. The room was very clean!!

The building needs a TLC and there was a mildewy smell to the room and hallway.

Staff was exceptional. Answered all my questions (and there were a lot). Booked a return stay in September

I liked that the property was close to some good places to eat. Next to a Panda Express at that. It was a cozy place, with my grievances few.
