The location to the civic center was what I was looking for. Every employee we encountered was extremely nice.

The bed was ok, room was small (round building so the rooms are rectangular) Punic hair in the shower, stains on the blankets. For the price, we expected more. I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels for the same experiance.

The cleanliness. Late checkout was a plus.

Our room was 63 degrees when we got there. We adjusted the thermostat and we went to dinner. When we returned it was again 63 degrees. There was a thermostat on wall saying it was adjusting, but didn’t. I opened the old fashioned heater against the wall and adjusted it there and that worked. It would have been nice to be told about that. There were no wash rags in bathroom or a rug for getting out of the shower.

I was under the impression that my room included a free breakfast however when I went down to eat and saw the food, I became a bit leary about it being free. I was unaware that I could ad it to my stay when I booked it for less than half of what I paid, which didn't make me very happy. My waffle, a few pieces of bacon, fruit & an OJ cost me $17. If I paid in advance I believe it was only $7. There were several other patrons of the hotel, who were under the same impression that I was. They started to get plates when the lovely waitress asked what they wanted to drink. They thought it was included and when told the price, walked away. Had I realized before I got my plate, I would have done so, myself. It was a beautiful set up meal and the area was nice, but to pay that much for a waffle was ridiculous!

My safe wasn't working & my toilet was running when I entered my room. I called the front desk and it was taken care of immediately. The rooms hold have been in perfect shape when I arrived. Your housekeeping staffs responsibility to make sure all your rooms are in working properly before your guests arrive. Parking was not made for your handicapped patrons. There was a private party in the lower level so I was unable to access it. It was pouring all weekend and the climb up to the front doors is on a fairly steep hill for me.

Nice hotel , a bit expensive overall considering no game weekend

The shower was broken and we had to move rooms this took some time to organise far longer than it should have . And we were then late going out for an evening meal , the hotel gave us a 10$ voucher as a sorry which we felt was not even close for the inconvenience of having to move rooms and then missing our evening reservation. The least they could have done was comp us a meal

No bathroom fan. Heavy on the air freshener in the lobby. Really hits ya. Pow. Breakfast was extra, room was inexpensive... math probably works out, but the feeling of paying a premium remains on the guest to process.

over all the stay was nice. made this reservation lats minute after a much worse hotel was our first choice. staff was polite. room was near perfect and the location was very close to where we needed to go

nothing overly problematic. the elevators had some scuffs and scratches and the bathroom in our room was not cleaned perfectly. only honest issue was how long the showers took to warm up. took several minutes to get above freezing

We lost power at home due to Hurricane Idalia, and after 5 days, we decided we needed a break. This was the only hotel that had a room available later in the day, so I was very happy to find it. I was even happier to find that the price was reasonable and it was a very clean, well kept up hotel. I am hoping to visit again under better circumstances and take advantage of the pool next time!

I wish the bar/restaurant was open a little later, but we did get in late

The atmosphere in the hotel and the room itself exceeded my expectations. From the outside, it looks more dated with the building style. I didn't look at all the photos when I booked but they must think so too because it is not the first one like most listings. The room were updated, clean and the bed was very comfy. The lady at check in and out was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy we were there. I believe her name was Jasmine, she had a great smile, was very efficient and informative . We picked this hotel because it is so close to the venue we were going to - the Civic Center. Walked there in less than 10 minutes and didn't have to worry about parking and traffic.

The outside looks a little dated.

Parking and location was good as you can walk to anywhere. The city is beautiful and has a great vibe. Amazing views from the room. The Front Desk staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in recommendations.

Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was excellent, the location was perfect and the amenities exceeded my expectations.

I can't think of anything that could have been different. The staff was very professional, courteous and easily accessible at all times.
