The room was comfortable and clean. The upgraded room-sized refrigerator was nice, especially with the inside view from the see-through doorway.

Limited towels and the hotel ran out of clean bath clothes/towels for an exchange. Nothing indicated for stays over 1 day that the room would not receive cleaning services. Breakfast was good and hot, but the time set for the breakfast was not readily visible or explained at check-in. The seating in the room was sparse and if you wanted to sit down it had to be on the bed, or the floor, or take turns with the one chair in the room. A small coffee maker and or microwave would have been pleasant as well.

We stayed for just one night, and overall, the hotel met our expectations. The room was as expected.The hallway of the hotel looked a little tired. However, the room itself was very clean inside. We stayed on the ground floor, and the only small issue was that the parking area was right outside our window, so we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy — not ideal.The only hotel during our entire trip that refunded the deposit quickly — thank you for that!

The main discomfort, though, was the air conditioner. It blew cold air directly onto the person lying in bed, which was quite uncomfortable. If we tried adjusting it, the room would get too warm. It was also very noisy. Overall, not a great setup in terms of comfort.

I love the location and the convenience of the hotel

I didn't like the fact that when I paid them the $737 or whatever it was then they turn around and build me twice that Sunday $81 for each room after I paid the full amount off of booking.com and I had to go twice up back to the hotel on that Monday day and Monday or evening and let them know where they messed up at and I still haven't got a refund from them yet for them on giving getting double money out of my account after I paid the full price for the whole 3 days

The hotel is a little older but it has been updated and was really nice. Hopefully they will pull up the carpet in the hallway to make it look even better. The bed was very comfortable and they had lots of TV channels for my husband to watch his sports. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and the young guy that helped us with our luggage was just so nice. The bathrooms were very clean with plenty of hot water for the showers.

The hallway carpet was really dirty. There was like wig hair on the carpet and big dark stains also. There was not shampoo in the bathroom. However, the room was very clean. When we checked out, nobody was at the reception. The lady put a jar in the counter so we can drop our keys in it. We waited for the lady because I kept thinking if someone could get the keys and then I get a charge because of lost keys. Well, I think good customer care would be to have someone at the front desk saying goodbye to the guests.

I was given exactly what special accommodations that I requested during my initial booking. It dawned on me the following morning when my mother and I awaken in our hotel room. Traveling to Tallahassee with my mother and trying to find the hotel the night before was somewhat taxing. After speaking to the right person after calling the hotel a couple of times for directions, we finally made it there with guidance from last minute guidance from a citizen of Tallahassee, as well. Do I have GOS? Yes, I do, but I still like getting directions with a live person from the hotel. Having a resourceful manager and staff made the visit warm and welcoming while being there with my elderly mother who is 79 years of age. Just imagine! At any rate, we enjoyed the hotel and will be back in the near future.

The trees outside the hotel messing up my car with pollen dropping on our cars where guest park was unpleasant. We had to go to the car wash for two days in a row. The trees need to be replaced with trees that will not dirty up guests cars. The pollen blows and the ashy substance does us a disservice while our vehicles are parked out front. The hotel needs to move the trees to another area where they will not be messy and put more trees out front.

The hotel is unbeatable for the price. The beds are perfect. The base of the beds could be better or newer. The location is excellent; it is close to FSU, shopping, and restaurants. They have plenty of parking spaces and provide a basic breakfast with your stay.

With a little effort, such as changing the carpets in the hallways, or improving some things such as the decoration of the entrance, the offering of the small shop, or painting and finishing details in bathrooms and rooms, the impression of the hotel would be significantly improved.

I stayed here because the power was out at home due to the tornadoes the previous week. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. I was able to sleep with a cold A/C and take a hot shower, major pluses

It's not really a criticism because of the storms that came through. But the elevator was not operational even though they told me to use it. There was also some water damage in the hall way. But, they had already contacted someone and they were actively fixing the issues while I was there.

Relaxing stay Weekend breakfast options were very complete. They looked after my luggage after I checked out while attending an event.

Very thick pillows, I had to sleep without them. Electrical connection was far from where the coffee maker was located. The weekend breakfast selection was much better and more diverse, but Monday's options were quite limited.

excellent staff very friendly and informative. Normal breakfast options which was great. Therom was a little small but for what we needed it was great. The pool was a nice and well-kept. This was or first stop on our road trip And we will probably return on the way back

The hotel was a little stuffy and smelled like it had been wet or something but just in the hallways going to the room not the room itself.
