The best part was the location. We were close to everything we needed from restaurants to stores to FSU, which was why we were there. It was perfect. The hotel was clean, smelled nice, and was comfortable for the money.

The air conditioning didn’t seem to keep the room cool, no matter how much we adjusted it. Considering the humidity, a poorly running air conditioner wasn’t a plus. Also the hot water took forever to get hot, and on our last day, didn’t get hot at all, only lukewarm. It was like the hot water to our room was cut off. We made due, but we expected hot water for showers.

The staff, especially the front desk duo of Randy and Rachel, were exceptionally kind, helpful, friendly. Very good location. Quiet spacious room, comfortable bed.

The gym facility was a very tiny claustrophobic room with not much equipment.

We stayed here while our daughter went through orientation at FSU. It is a perfect location for an FSU visit. Close but not too close.

You have to request housecleaning. Their claim is sustainability

I was in a room far from front desk. Wi-Fi was problematic, I needed to reconnect constantly. I am staying in a different room this week and Wi-Fi is steady, working well.

This was the second time my husband I stayed at this hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring everything that Tallahassee has to offer. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room itself was spacious and clean, and bed was extremely comfortable. The swimming pool area was also well-maintained and provided a refreshing retreat from the Florida heat.

Smelt a bit of pets, but is a pet friendly room. However we were only told at the desk once given the key. Staff did offer to give a different room if necessary but would have been nice to know before checking in.

This is a great hotel that is clean and comfortable. The gentleman who checked me in was very accommodating as I had booked the incorrect date in error and he promptly corrected with no issue. He was very polite and personable. I loved the extra towels provided which were fluffy and large. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Breakfast was fantastic. A nice touch is the chilled lemon infused water in the lobby. Add cookies please ha ha seriously I loved this hotel.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was a great size & had everything I needed.

I didn't dislike anything. Maybe add a few more items to the breakfast like yogurt, hard boiled eggs, & oatmeal. Maybe provide water.
