I liked the cleanness of Tru. Staff friendly and accommodating. The site was clean se to my daughter’s home as well as downtown for church services. Beds very comfortable as well. Suggest having a shower chair for rental for elderly. I will definitely stay there in future. The coffee was awesome too.

Breakfast food a little too processed. Yogurt and fruit healthy, the eggs were scary and pale sausage was not appealing at all. Overall disappointed in breakfast foods available.

I like the way space in the room is used. Quiet fridge. Window shade options. Room temp control. Room seems fresh, no odd odors. Very functional guest friendly lobby. Excellent staff interactions. Good location for me.

The elevators and how they are functioning with floor stops is a mystery. They seem to take a long time to arrive and a lot of "back and forth" noise is heard while waiting.

The woman at the front acknowledged us when we walked in this time. We stayed here the week before and didn't even get acknowledged. It is nice to know that things were different. The rooms are small but efficient. Everything is clean.

The only thing i didn't like was the breakfast. There was only fruit that was healthy and the bananas at 7am were very bruised. My husband said the coffee was good.

The hotel was clean and had a little of everything. The room was small but well organized, and space was used very well. Breakfast, especially the pancakes, was delicious. Coffee 24/7 was a plus! We traveled with a large dog, and there was easy outside access and well lighted areas to walk.

We didn't have any issues.

If you like the style and the Tru brand from Hilton, then you'll find this location no different. Everything was clean, the staff friendly, and a nice atmosphere. There's a small 24 hour gym on the main floor. The location felt safe and has good conveniences nearby. There's a Thai restaurant open until 9 pm across the street that has really good lunch and dinner menu. There's a Target within a 15-minute walking distance (5 min car ride) in case you forget anything for your trip. In the same direction as Target, there's a relatively new Panera Bread location where you can grab something to eat and do some work on your laptop.

The hotel was bright, modern, welcoming and very clean. All staff appeared to genuinely care about our stay and went out of their way to greet us. We stayed on a weekend and the hotel was busy with a family friendly vibe. We would definitely stay again.

The entrance is on a main road (dual carriageway) which meant accessing the entrance to the hotel involved doing a U-turn at a busy traffic lights. Not a deal breaker but awkward.

Goodness I was very impressed. The hotel was fantastic. They had a great snack bar, a game section and fun seating in the lobby. Some Legos, books, and card games for my kiddos to entertain themselves. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Lots of counter space, good size shower, a fridge. There was no microwave in our room, but there is one in the lobby with the snack bar.

the breakfast here is amazing and super convenient. they have snacks and everything is close by it takes 10 mins to get to fsu we always stay here .i have used the gym i love that it has no carpet so there is no harsh smells. very clean and central to everything . staff is nice and love the play area with tvs and pool table. the pancake machine is my favorite 😍

the ac control on the wall can sometimes be a little difficult but no complaints

Very clean with a friendly staff. The breakfast was well stocked with fresh items.

The driveway has a blind spot which could be hazardous when exiting the parking lot. In the morning, there appeared to be only one person on staff and she was attempting to maintain the breakfast bar and check out customers.

The most of the employees were so nice. Very clean facility. Even our rooms and bathroom was clean.

A few things that could have been better is labeling the food if there were pork. The omelette looked so good but unfortunately it had ham in it and I didn’t know and also the sausage was pork. Would have been nice to have some kosher meat. Second we didn’t have a closet in our room. It sure if all rooms are like that but ours was small and it was hard to maneuver around with a 1.5 year old especially with him getting into all of our stuff. Other than that everything was good. Location was perfect!!! Everything was around from restaurants to stores. It was amazing. The theme of hotel is very fun.
