Overall very decent for the value spent. The room was a nice size and located on a street where you can find anything you need. The Governors Square Mall is not far from this loccation.

Establishment needs more updating. It was cold during my stay and I couldn't tell how to change the ac from cold to heat due to the fading of the words on the ac unit. However I was able to figure ot out after a while. I did see a piece of rodent dropping on the counter. It was blending in with the black and white of the countertop. This is why I still bring my disinfectant spray and wipes

cleaning was a little lacking. Entering the area with sink there was lipstick smeared on door jamb to the left as you faced the mirror. On door jamb entering area of toilet, it appeared someone had wiped feces (poop) on that door jamb to the right of the toilet. I did not try to clean either of these areas . I was also told my room was on the ground floor since I could not make it up stairs with my sciatica. I did find if I parked on the opposite side of the building from where my room was located that I could get to the room without stairs. Unfortunately, that was after I carried my bags up the stairs, one stair at a time. I was not impressed with some of the people sitting in cars and blocking the driveway and don’t want to think about what they were up to.

It's nice clean and it's close to Wal-Mart and the mall and so much in between I took pics of the food but it's not like that all the time won't make a wonderful place look bad because of one

The food is good some days but when the other lady cooks its bad and there is nothing to eat at 6:30 in the morning and she's not nice to the guest at all she talked down to me but everyone else are nice and caring

Staff were very accommodating. Eggs and Canadian bacon for breakfast was nice.

I have zero complaints.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed & nice bathroom. They had a sofa to relax on which we really thought was nice. Breakfast was hot & plentiful.

I had booked 2 nights & then later decided we would arrive a day early so I booked an additional night. The front desk employee could not check me in for all 3 nights at one time. I had to check in for one night & then come back in the next day to book the other 2 nights. It all worked out in the end though.

I stay here a lot, and I'm never disappointed! The staff at the front desk are always on point with recommendations, polite conversation, and overall friendliness. You will always receive five stars from me. You are y go to play to stay away from home.

Any better and I'd have thought I was dead and in heaven. Keep up the good work and you will always be able to count on me as a patron. I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

I liked the proximity. There are a lot of places in the area for food and essentials—the pool area is well-kept. The hammocks are comfortable.

Sometimes it was noisy, and the lights in the parking lot didn't work. The lights being off occurred more than the noise, which bothered me more. It's a hotel, so the expectation of a little noise is normal.

For the price of this hotel I was very pleased with my stay. After reading the reviews I was a little nervous but my stay was a lot nicer than I had expected. Quiet area, clean room. It was a very nice hotel that also didn’t hurt the wallet too much!

Bathroom could have been cleaner there was hair in the tub and our sheets had a cigarette hole in them. The tv also barely worked and volume didn’t work at all.

Great value, nice cozy property with nice pool and pool area. Breakfast was decent. Excellent location. Can't complain for what we paid!

Floor was dirty when we arrived and room had a little smell, had to have the staff come sweep, mop and change the ac filter. All was well after that, everyone was very friendly and attentive to our requests.

The clerk at front desk was extremely dry. I asked for a bottom level room due to having a sprained ankle and clerk said she couldn't accommodate...gave us directions to our room completely which were completely wrong! I have yet to find the elevator!! But funny thing is my room ended up ground level which she said couldn't accommodate... room was really clean!
