We had to find a hotel quick because the one we booked at NO water. The room was HOT and musty, but I had a long week working at my home office in Philadelphia and had a rough flight back to Tampa. We had driven from the airport straight to Tallahassee for a tournament that our grandson was in and dang exhausted. I booked the closet to the other hotel that had NO hot water. The front desk staff was awesome, the bed was decent, and the hotel was quiet and served its purpose for our one night.

I really like the rooms and how the employees are very understanding and uplifting though. When i came in and when i left. The place was like anything else I could have imagined I am thinking about booking another room probably like around October probably for halloween though. Me and my friend really wanted to come back and enjoy ourselves where we can find peace and just be as one. I really enjoy the bed it make you feel like you in the air. I did meet some people there and they was pretty nice though and I didnt even know workers be there too which was awesome to see too.

The thing that could be better is that I shouldnt have to get charged for what i normally pay for those 4 days that I stayed and theres one thing i never called or booked the room for another day. Bur I only stayed there for 4 days and when i know my time is up my time is up, I left like around 9:20 am. But most importantly i just cant figure out how did i get charged for the room again when i went to front desk and specifically asked did anyone pay for another day in the room i had booked? Did anyone pay for the room on the phone or anything? Did anyone use my name to pay for another day? And all those questions that i got was a flat out No!!!

I did like the price, location and the staff. The staff was very warming and she took care of all our needs. I would stay again considering how convenient it was to maneuver through Tallahassee in a great time.

The bathroom and the handwashing area needs to be updated, its a little creepy. It just not a modern feel when you walk into the room. Also I personally feel that they should have designated rooms for people with pets considering many people have allergies to animals. But overall it was worth the price.

Location was excellent literally 8-10 min to whatever entertainment is offered. Which is wildly off-putting considering it is the capital city of Florida! Hmmph

The price is a bit much but that's only due to my position of the town as a whole. Which is the town is absolutely dreadful in terms of anything fun or kind of related to merrymaking of any sort except geriatric level excitement/National Lampoon's Vacation family type. Price definitely not deserving and it's painfully obvious!

Not being rushed to checkout, the location, privacy, breakfast selection, room clean and both times I've stayed at the hotel all of the amenities included with room in working order, plumbing decent, water hot, great shower head, spacious tub

Parking for guests with rooms located in the very front of the building is ridiculously tight for what appears to be no good reason I understand.

Great hotel staff, easy check in. Very clean room. Great location. They offer free breakfast, which came with lots of choices. Highly recommend this place.

the staff was friendly since day 1. Gloria was amazing, and also the girl who worked in the breakfast area. Sorry, I didn't remember her name. The clean lady was very cordial too. I had some issues with the sink that was clogged-ish. The water took a very long to go away. The toilet was leaking a little from behind the tank. Those were minor problems that didn't bothered our stay.

Convenient to campuses. Accessible from major highway.

Minor things: Microwave in room didn't work. Housekeeping didn't readily change towels when room was cleaned; we had to wait for them to be laundered. No elevator for second floor access. Minimal complimentary toiletries. No available list of nearby restaurants at different price ranges.

The young lady working the front desk that evening was extremely professional, kind and patient ( there were many peoplw.coming in that were rude and bitter, she smiled and kept on being professional). The breakfast hit the spot more than toy know.

staff was very friendly and attentive. clean quiet comfortable & Spacious rooms. Plenty of towels & pillows, good water pressure, safe location. breakfast has a good variety, tho I’m plant based and could only have the juice and and oranges. more dairy free and fresh fruit options would be so nice. overall, great place to stay!!

love that there is breakfast but wish there was more fresh fruit, non dairy items & healthier choices. non dairy creamer & butter would be great for us plant based and those with dairy allergies. please consider that. thanks!!
