During our recent stay at IHG Tallahassee, we were very impressed with the level of professionalism and courtesy that was extended to my husband and me. From the seamless check-in process to every aspect of our stay surpassed our expectations. Your staff members went over and beyond to ensure that we felt comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. Furthermore, we must commend IHG for its commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment. The property is excellent and has a fantastic old-time charm. The friendliness and customer service. Love the location and the hotel.

One of the reasons I love it is because of the bar/restaurant on site. There used to be an amazing bartender that was absolutely amazing. He was top notch and would make the most amazing drinks. All of my family and friends had nothing but amazing things to say. Unfortunately, he is no longer there, so the vibe was just not the same and we left the bar early. I understand things happen and I still love the hotel. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Outside and location was perfect

The dining room was where we had dinner and breakfast due to three breakfasts that were included with 2 rooms. Both meals took a long time to get service. Especially breakfast. We also had to ask the waitress how we receive our free breakfast that came with the price of the room. She had to get those from the front desk which should have been given during check in . Breakfast service took an hour an a half. ??? From seating to receiving the bill.

FINALLY! A hotel in Tallahassee that's worth staying in. Very clean and new, everything smells good, everything is nice and shiny, everything works like it's supposed to. The location is very good - there are plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance, and there is a red light so it's easy to get onto the road. This "Collegetown" area is very swanky, so hopefully the hotel ownership will do a good job of keeping their hotel in excellent condition. Most of the hotels in Tallahassee are not good at all, but this one is a shining jewel right now. I will definitely return here over the next 4 years.

Only two complaints are that the rate is a little expensive, and the parking situation. But considering how nice the hotel is now, hopefully the management will use their high rates to keep the hotel in top shape, instead of letting it fall into disrepair like most of the other hotels across the city. Along with that, paying $17 to park seems like nickel and diming. That's not the worst parking cost I've seen, but come on.

Location is fantastic if you want to be close to FSU and Collegetown. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Some of the room features could be updated after lots of wear and tear on the facility during the school year and football seasons. For example, the shower had mold around the grout seams in the bathroom.

This hotel is great. Staff and service very helpful, Room exceptional, clean, comfortable for a family of 4 with kids, close to university and other important buildings and parks of the city, great place to stay and not pricey for the offer.

I liked all, only suggestion is to make the roof top terrace accessible for guests.

Originally, I booked this hotel for its proximity to FSU. I was able to walk everywhere and did not require a car rental. It is very clean and spacious, and the service is top-notch. I loved the restaurant and speedy room service in the morning. However, the most incredible feature of this hotel is its caring staff. My son and I were getting extremely delayed with our flight home and were stuck in the lobby for hours. They provided us with so many complimentary amenities out of the goodness of their heart, in all of my years of travel, I have never experienced anything like that. Southern hospitality on a whole new level. I will never stay anywhere else during my future trips to FSU. Thank you, Indigo!!!

Nothing. 10/10 all around!

The location was great we walked to lunch and dinner. Brewery down the road. Hotel for the most part was clean our room did have a smell to it I believe it was the rug they had in there, most staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was great and the bar was amazing the girl that was there that weekend was so helpful and sweet.

Didn’t like you could not have an extra blanket “hotel doesn’t provide” the lady was very rude when I was so shocked there was not an extra blanket out of an entire hotel that could be given. (The ONLY person out of our entire stay that was ugly) everyone else was so wonderful! It would have been nice to have a mini refrigerated In our room. (Never stayed where one wasn’t in a room)

The staff was extremely helpful. Management were visible and engaged. Room was very comfortable.

Parking. Twice, I found young adults smoking weed on stairs of the garage. Not a good look. Even as close to the hotel the parking garage was I still felt the walk was too isolated from anyone especially walking at night. They could make good use of some sort of security in the garage or in the driveway of hotel

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I received a complimentary drink card for my guest and I upon check in which was a nice surprise! The staff was friendly and super helpful. Loved the view from the balcony on the 7th floor! I even received a text during my stay to check and make sure everything was ok. I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel soon!

It would have been nice to have free parking in the parking garage instead of on the street in front of the hotel. Complimentary breakfast would also have been a plus since the room was a bit expensive.
