Loved the atmosphere and the variety of amenities. We enjoyed a very nice anniversary dinner at Shula's and loved the convenience of the cafe. We didn't visit the bar but would consider doing so in the future. I liked the convenience of managing valet service via text. The room was very comfortable. Staff was cordial. Although it's a little too dark with the decor, loved the eclectic feel.

The bathroom floor was sort of sticky and the bottom sheet was questionable. Pretty sure it was clean but think maybe it was just time to replace it. Some sort of in-room night light would be helpful.

Wasn't crazy about the even floor shower in the room, I was concerned about getting the bathroom floor. I also didn't have the privilege to control the room temperature. For a person that sleeps with the fan on, not having the ability to turn the ac on caused me to toss and turn all night, 😔.

Room door was so stiff we thought it was locked from inside. We were told to just give it a shove. They said they’d get engineering on it. Also various plug sockets weren’t working but we told receptionist on check out

The customer service was great and the location was excellent. The free drink ticket came in handy and the free appetizers in the afternoon were a plus. Loved the convenience and ambiance of the rooftop lounge.

The facility could use some updates (paint, furniture, scratches, etc). Rooms (especially beds) were smaller than expected. It was not comfortable for 2 to sleep in one bed as reflected in the room capacity. Sink handle came off on first use. Valet is expensive ($30 per night). The bathroom is oddly designed and didn't provide the desired privacy.

Pretty good breakfast. But the staff is the reason we enjoyed our stay so much. They were amazing! Unbelivabkt helpful with the issues we had there.

Had some issues in our room with the plumbing, obviously that wasn't great.

The manager Josh had RJ had Prosecco choclate popcorn and fresh flowers bright to our room. It was my husband and Is ten year anniversary. It was absolutely perfect!! Would recommend!!! 10-10!!!

The location was nice but I would prefer the setting be less noisy and not located on a busy street of town.

We could hear semis and cars with louder engines drive by during the night.

The staff at Le Roc was amazing! The atmosphere was comfy and the food was superb!

I was disappointed that we weren't able to get into Shula's at 7:30pm, and Level 8 closed at 11 leaving us with no food options and we had to leave the hotel for food. Total defeated the purpose of staying there.

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Shower was amazing. Staff was pleasant and professional. Check in was a breeze and my room was ready early.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like. It was an extremely pleasant stay.

Very nice property

The roof top bar didn’t open until 4. When we arrived at two, hoping to grab a bite to eat. All of the restaurants and bars were closed so we had to go off property.
