I usually stay at Econolodge when I go on a budget friendly trip but was worried about this location based on negative reviews. I was here with my daughter for a week to move her from off campus housing, attend her FAMU graduation and work We essentially set up shop in the hotel room for a week. I felt at home because the room was exceptionally clean, cold a/c and superb internet quality. I work remotely with a lot of systems and software, and I did not experience any latency issues. My car was parked directly in front of my suite and food places were across the road and down the street. There is a Dollar Tree basically behind the hotel which was great for items I forgot to carry. I will use it again and again.

You can skip the breakfast if you want, since its just miniature cookies with coffee and hot water for tea. There are so many food places to try, you might want to eat out anyway. I wouldn't mind a coffee pot in the room, as I am a late-night tea drinker. A safe in the room would have been a nice touch. To be fair, this was not advertised in their booking. Because of the location. the outside attracts sketchy characters. This has nothing to do with the hotel, don't start nothing, there won't be any issues. I felt safe and slept like a baby.

the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the price was very good for what the hotel was. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in Tallahassee! There is a circle k right next door and a dennys that is open 24/7 across the street so it was a convenient location if you get hungry or need something and don’t want to drive

My only complaint is the key card was acting up while we were there. it took us about 2 minutes each time we left to get back into the room.

Breakfast.. it was advertised breakfast. But there wasn't any.. there wasn't anything to make coffee..but everything overall was good

It was VERY noisy with cars and motorcycles (literally) racing by the location.
