There were many places to eat, shop & explore near the hotel. The room was modern & comfortable. The hotel was near the I-10 freeway, but not close enough for a lot of noise. The breakfast was ok, but the staff making the waffle batter made it too soupy, so it didn't turn out too good. There was a decent variety of hot & cold breakfast items. Check in & out was quick & easy.

Bathroom was a little bit small, and the water pressure very low on the 3rd floor. There seemed to be a lot of smokers out in the parking lot area where they have a covered bench for them. It seemed too close to the entrance for me, since I'm very sensitive to the cigarette smoke.

The room was new a clean. The parking was ample. The elevator controls were sluggish, But the breakfast was very ample and tasty. I made other arrangements for my 6 lb chihuahua, because the pet friendly price is not so friendly.

The TV needs a Job Aid graphic to point out the features of the remote controls. I was confused by the The TV Channel Guide which is not the Menu. The audience my not have simpler remotes at home and not be familiar with sophisticated equipment. The Direct TV has many adds and the screen labeling for each show is inadequate.

The room was clean with several amenities. There was a small fridge, microwave, ironing board w/ iron. There was also a blow dryer. The T.V. was a great size with good picture quality. There was a substantial amount of towels. The bedding was fresh and clean. There was a work area with a desk and chair. There was also plenty of closet space for travel.

The smell of the room and bathroom had a old smell, a smell of mildew and smoke. The carpet was muggy and needed to be clean. The pillows were not firm. They seemed to be old and several were needed to keep my neck from hurting but I still awoke with a sore neck.

Room was very nice. It was a suite which I had never had before. Telephone was unplugged but worked once I plugged it in. Breakfast was also very nice and complete. Started at 6 which was very helpful to me.

TV in fitness center would not turn on even though the remote had batteries. Had to ask for the remote but it did not work. Tread mill was not user friendly. No cloth towels only paper. Check in person was not at all friendly and not always available.

I was concerned after reading other ratings but was pleasently surprised at the cleanliness of my room #224. Comfortable bed, bathtub, microwave and fridge, coffeemaker in room and 24 coffee and tea available in dining room. Plentiful breakfast with a good variety.

Due to winter snow storm breakfast supply was disrupted but the staff sourced food from a local store upon request.

Check-in was smooth and efficient! Given a lovely room #224. The room was very clean, smelled fresh and bed very comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety. Coffee was good and available 24/7. Three teas also available. Grounds are clean and close to a beautiful street with famous canopy trees where I enjoyed a morning walk every day.

Close to the freeways

We walked past a pool that was green and pool furniture that looked just strewn around. Surprised it wasn’t stacked at least or put away to look more kept up. When my husband checked us in the woman charged an additional $35 for out 12# maltipoo dog, even though we booked on hotels.com and listed a pet. We had stayed 2 different places 2 nights prior on our way to our destination and weren’t charged extra once we got to our hotel.

We stopped to rest on our way to Orlando. This hotel was perfect for this. Beds were comfortable. Check in and out was quick and easy. Free parking and convenient parking. Location was wonderful and not far from interstate. If you need a rest stop on your trip this is great for it.

A little bit of a mildew smell in the hallways. Not overwhelming, but enough to notice it. Room was odor free. Very small bathroom and tiny bathtub. I don't know if I would have been satisfied staying more than one night.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent variety sausage, scrambled eggs (powdered), hard boiled, waffles, cereal yogurt etc. However guests are a bit chaotic and not courteous so give yourself some time to get breakfast. Location is good with plenty restaurants nearby and not too far from city sights

The person working the front desk by the name of Alexandria was very rude and had a bad attitude for no reason poor customer service. My daughter was asking her questions About the closest target She ignored us then every time I told her thank you I got no response back. Very unprofessional and need to be retrained on dealing with the public.
