The night manager was fantastic! I had a mechanical issue with my mobility scooter lift, and he personally came out to the parking lot to see if he could help, and even offered to call in a repair man to take a look at it. I checked an online users manual for the unit and came up with a solution for the lift that could wait until morning to fix. I called a friend who lived about 20 miles away who brought a few simple tools that got us back on the road in short order. The hotel was easy to find, it was clean, and the parking lot was in excellent shape as well.

I am an amputee and needed a shower chair to be able to take a shower in the accessible room we rented, but the hotel had none available. The shower also had a shower wand hose that was too short. I could not turn it loose while the water was on without flooding the whole bathroom. Finally, my wife offered to hold the shower wand aimed at me while I was perched on a wooden board that reached across the width of the tub that I had improvised. All the while hoping that the board didn't slip off the top of the tub.

This place has always been our go to. Nice people and the pool is always clean. Walking distance to Walmart and gas convenience store. Clean room and the televisions were upgraded. Everything was perfect.

Well since our last stay the price went up dramatically. The other places we have chosen because of price suck. Baymont is always the best so far. Just wish it didn’t cost so much.

Room have almost everything. Probably adding coffee maker will be good,but anyway Waffle house right out the corner Clean, hot water, all soap/cream, great mattress, clean cotton,. microwave.

Probably need refreshment on paint,it is not a new location.

What I did like it was it was conveniently located staff was great and had a good breakfast

What I didn't like is two days after my stay was over I had continuous charges coming out of my account one for 91 another for $200 another for $199 another $200 coming up to a sum of 716 after I checked out there was no damages to the room I had a smoking room so I'm very confused as to why I got charged an extra $716 at the end of my stay but disputing it through my bank

The staff was so friendly and the room was just wonderful the pool was clean except for a crab trying to swin with us lol the pool filter need to be clean but it was funny but other than that everything was just fine I will be back

The room are great for the price they always clean great location everything you need is around staff is beyond genuinely love them

Pillows were terrible, only 2 n a king room and totally flat. Towels are ridiculous & can’t receive more if needed & only from housekeeping after 9am when most people want to shower before then. This s always a problem whenever I stay here…DO BETTER

it was very convenient to be right by I-10. It’s located next to all the major stores, strip malls, and restaurants. the lobby was clean, the property was clean. the pool looked great. I wish it were warm enough to swim in.

I didn’t like that my room had a few extra guests, roaches. I also didn’t like that weak complimentary breakfast. If they’re still under COVID restrictions and won’t serve hot foods then fine? other than that, break out the waffle makers.

When you read online it says you don't have a deposit required if you pay with card well when I got there the room was already paid for online with the card and they still make me pay a deposit of $50

The firmness of the bed and the shower space..

Rooms must be darker during the day, curtains don't cover end to end to keep light from coming into the room. Tvs must have more channel options
