We were able to get a last minute accommodation for a college event that had most hotels all booked up. Missy at the front desk greeted us with a great smile and told us the hotel was happy to have us and we could rest assure that all the rooms were great as the hotel had recently been renovated. Room was clean, breakfast was great and the location made it easy for us to get Uber rides back and forth to campus.

Noticed they did not have a pool (not that we had a lot of time but had brought our suits for a late night swim) but did not ruin our stay. A little high in price - very disappointed in that all the hotels in the area, jack up their rates for a college family event (Parents Weekend).

Convenient location, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. We were in town for a function at FSU. Property is about 15 minutes away with plenty of easy food options nearby. We had a room directly behind the elevator and I didn’t hear them not once.

My only complaint and this is not the only place I have encountered it, but I highly dislike when the front desk staff has ear buds in, especially when they answer their personal cell phone while assisting guests.

The room and the lobby were exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. All staff were professional and friendly. The location was central to visiting family and friends.

I liked everything about the property. The only improvement needed is with the scrambled eggs. They were watery and the texture looked strange. The western omelets were delicious and my daughter loved the bacon. As always the waffles were perfect!

Stay there for parents weekend, so frankly would be my first choice, prefer on campus, but the staff was really amazing, specially the gentleman responsible for breakfast. Cleaning was very good too and the cleaning crew was always friendly and smily, one of the best services lately even if compared to more expensive hotels I have stayed.

Hilton needs to get back to cleaning the room every day

It was appropriate to provide a safe and comfortable place for my loved one to stay after surgery.

That there isn't a restaurant on property. The restaurant in walking distance is a pricey and they only open for dinner. Had to go out or order in lunch or dinner.

The service the staff provided! Specifically, the customer service provided by Jayfrica. She went out of her to help me correct a reservation error. Something that most front desk personnel would not!! I appreciate her EXCEPTIONAL service!

Rugs were a bit dirty/stain

From the moment we arrived we were treated wonderfully. The desk person was fantastic and realized how tired we were and gave us a room close to the elevator and a goody bag. The room was perfect and very comfortable. The facility was well kept.

Food was good, bed was comfortable.

There really should be outlets on both sides of the bed. For phones, breathing machines, etc. And the mini fridge just barely kept the pop we put in it cool. It was set on the coldest.

The staff were great, room was nice and clean, lobby was warm and inviting, friendly, breakfast was really good with a variety of options.

The bathroom light with fan. Nice if separate switches. It could be loud. One of our beds sunk a bit in the middle.

Clean, easy to locate

Main floor, office bathroom, loose fixtures and trash can was rusty and disgusting. Our room fixtures were also loose and pillows although comfortable were too big for me.
