Breakfast was great and the front desk and kitchen employees were very friendly and helpful.

The a/c in our room needed fixing as the room was very musty smelling which we reported upon leaving.

The Staff was Amazing, everyone was friendly, respectful and accomidating. The room was clean and comfortable. I travel to Tallahassee often and this is where I always stay . The service and hotel is wonderful 😊😊.

It was cleans and the breakfast was very good. There was a tornado so the power was out. Everyone was friendly.

I must say the bed was so cozy, and comfortable needed some me time and the location was wonderful.

The room was fine - comfortable bed and pillows, nice bathroom and towels, everything very clean, microwave and fridge in working order. All the staff members were super nice and helpful. While Ryan, the night front desk worker was checking us in, another guest wanted to use a luggage cart. Ryan tried really hard to locate one, but was unsuccessful, so he offered to help this lady carry her items to her room, which he then did. We were just observers, but we were impressed by his efforts, and he was nice to us too. Then in the morning, Michelle did a great job helping all the guests with breakfast. There were quite a few people there all at once, and many were asking her for something - bananas, tea bags, other fruit, etc. - and she was kind and friendly to everyone while working diligently to take care of everyone's needs cheerfully. At checkout, the front desk lady (can't remember the name, sorry), was also very professional and friendly. A big thank-you to all the staff!

Ryan in the reception was very nice and profesional. Always smiling and explained everything very well. The room was very clean 👌 and comfortable beds. The breakfast was great. Intead of the regular scrambled eggs they had cheese omelets. Everything was perfect and smooth checkout. The checkout team was great also. Thanks 😊

That there was only 1 waffle maker. So had to wait like 20mins for a lady to finish making waffles for all her family.

The staff was very helpful . They went above and beyond ro make .my first trip a pleasant experience. I'm definitely going ro stay there again whenever I'm in Tallahassee.
