Staff who checked us in was personal and friendly, explained a few things to us. The room was updated, larger than some other places we’ve stayed at ( we’ve been traveling throughout the Us for 3 weeks, by train and car, visiting friends and places), location was superb, breakfast provided was fine and price was exceptionally low!

Went to a restaurant and the food was great but the service was so slow, we waited over an hour for our meal.

Room looked as though it had recently been remodeled. Facilities were immaculate and up-to-date. We accidentally left our cell phone. Manager contacted us and worked with us for the safe return of our phone. I really appreciated their honesty and cooperation.

If booking.com charge your card and have a card on file Quality Inn will come right behind them and charge your card and refuse to give your money back. Just take cash 💸 💰 only

I liked how responsive the staff was. When I booked a room the second time the tv wasn’t working so my spouse called guest services and someone instantly came up to fix it.

Each time I stayed here the sink leaks water from underneath after or while using it. The first time I booked a room here there was also a live roach in the bath tub omgggg.

The room was clean I asked for no smoking they provided that for me which I really appreciate nice size beds I had a mini refrigerator 👍 and a microwave I could store my leftovers. 🙂

The area was convenient we had quite a few food joints next to us we could literally walk to it and I love it. The gas station were all so close to us so it was perfect.

Location and price

The garbage scattered under the stairs,coz we were on the 2nd floor.I left my "rosary"...I tried calling their place but no one was answering...although am wishing they can mail it to me even if I had to pay them for the postage. We need hangers.

I didn't get my full deposit back and I left my room clean, leaving everything as is.

Let me know next time if I'm getting back my full deposit.

Good, modern electrical/USB outlets next to the bed and on the desk. I like that the light switch for the bathroom is inside the bathroom instead of on the sink side. This way, you won't disturb anyone else when going to the bathroom at night.

The staff was very pleasant. The hot breakfast was very nice. Everything was clean. I felt like the hotel cared about the details for the customer. I recommend staying there.

The room had an old musty smell.

The location is right off I-10. It is very well lit at night. I felt very safe and the staff was always present and very accommodating.
