The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the highlights of this hotel is its fantastic location. It’s conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and stores, making it easy to grab a bite to eat or do some shopping without needing to travel far. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any questions or requests. Overall, I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next visit! Also they are pet friendly and have hardwood floors.

I like that I was in the middle of everything as in stores restaurants local tire shop convenience stores and the area was very quiet also I want to mention the front desk employee Keron she was very polite she was very warming great conversation great customer service when I needed help around the area she let me know what I can do and where I can go she was very friendly which they need that in some Hotel employees she was outstanding and you can tell she cared about her job and her customers a very great big smile and I like that she greeted with a smile

The only thing I didn't like was I had trouble getting in and out the room because of the key magnet but front desk was very very understanding and fix the problem real quick and explain why it kept doing that when I enter the room it was kind of smelly from maybe the last guest smoking which it was a non-smoking room so I just sprayed a little Lysol everywhere and it killed the smell real fast the AC was kind of weird to work I turned it on 80 cuz it was cool and raining outside but it was still cool so I don't know what's going on with that I wish they had a microwave they do have a refrigerator but no microwave they also should invest in blow dryers in the room that will be a great idea for that location

There is no breakfast, but they have coffee. It would be excellent if they had something for the travelers to eat in the morning, even muffins.

Better care of the grounds would be good rooms were clean and if I needed more towels they would provide them right away.

The exterior of the hotel was clean and maintained pretty well. The location was also nice with restaurants nearby.

Didn't like the hidden 50 dollar deposit that you have to pay up front for a non-smoking fee. I did get it back after the room was vacant.

The location was nice and the price of the room was nice.

The floor needed mopping and the bed sheets was a bit faded looking. I also had to kill about 3 baby roaches in the bathroom and sink areas,I know that we are in Florida but monthly pest control is a must. The bed was comfortable but there was a spring trying to come out of the mattress, my room number was 150.

No breakfast available, or not advertised if there was one? The staff was diligent in finding us a room where everything worked.

The hair dryers only worked on one setting. Had trouble with first 2 room's refrigerators. The staff found a room with a working refrigerator. AC was adequate but never really got cold. It took 3 requests and a visit to the office (late at night) to get towels replaced.

Location was nice, right off the freeway among the trees and right next to a Cracker Barrel which was nice to pop into before getting back on the road.

It had everything I expected from an inn like this. I prefered this over some of the more expensive places I stayed.

There was a tornado and lost power. We tried checking out at 2:00 not to stay second night but would not be refunded the the night because it was after normal checkout time. Under the circumstances of no power I feel they could have refunded the nights stay.

We didn’t want to pay too much for a room we planned to rarely use. So. We opted for RedRoof. I was concerned because my husband never uses them-So, this last minute selection was a great experience-very Easy access to I10, the fact that the staff was pleasant my room was spotless and smelled pleasant. The bed was very comfy and I was so surprised to find a very clean tub -the owners remodel and it looks nice. I commend the staff for going that extra mile- my check in was pleasant and he had a line, but he was so pleasant no one mind. The staff that cleaned, omg they were so quiet and when I tell you I walked by a few them cleaning the room like it was their own. If they all don’t love their job I could not tell.

the forced air conditioning unit in my room-that thing was roaring. I would recommend a larger TV when you get a chance.

The Indian gentleman that I met in the parking lot carrying a broom was very kind when I asked him about the check in process. The Jamaican lady at the front desk was fabulous! She has good eye contact, knows how to talk to people, and she knows how to welcome people! She is a huge asset in the hospitality industry because many front desk people don't need to be front facing with customers. I was in town for a FAMU football game, and she even stated, "have a wonderful time at the game, Mr. X!"
