The receptionists were great, both at check in and at check out. The facility is an older one but very nicely remodeled. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. Good overnight stay with good pricing!

I didn’t like the fact there was no elevator, but understand the facility is an older one. I was given the option is a 1st or 2nd floor unit and chose the 2nd floor as I don’t like ground floor units, personal preference. I am able to navigate stairs but being 69 with a bad back, it is a bit difficult, so given a choice between a facility that has an elevator to one that doesn’t, I would choose the one with an elevator. Just a thought for future renovations and business.

I enjoyed the awesome complimentary breakfast, and the bed was so comfortable! Splurging on the room with the spa tub was a brilliant idea in my end, because I fell in love with how relaxing it was to soak in it after having to work all day!

Managers are wonderful! I even left stuff on last stay and the manager seen me at store below the hotel and ran it too me. It's been a month and they held onto it. I didn't even realize I left anything! Clean place and wonderful people!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The accommodations were great. Very clean room with a very comfortable, large bed. I would stay here again.

They charged a $100 deposit for paying cash at check-in. It wasn't mentioned at the time of making a reservation that it would be required.

Full breakfast available - I had plenty for my days activities... Located a stone's throw from the highway...almost literally. Staff were friendly, personable, and helpful - all that I had interactions with, anyway. Check-in and check-out very easy.

Most friendly staff we have ever dealt with. The rooms were the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The pool was clean and relaxing.

The only thing I didnt like was the bed was hard.

It was not far from who we wanted to visit, and not far where we wanted to head to after ward. Breakfast was really good.

I didn't like how the door to our room looked like at one time it been busted open. All night I was watching to see if anyone breaks in.

I liked almost everything! Staff was awesome, breakfast was great.

Only thing I didn't like was that TV didn't come in most of the time .

This was an overnight stop on our way to Lake Cumberland, the staff was great and very friendly. Hotel was a great value, clean and quiet. Also, the safety factor, I felt completely safe there. Pool looked very pretty. Staff was very nice.

The mattress was a little old, but we slept fine.

Outdoor seating would have been nice. It was morning and the pool was not yet open. I just needed a quiet place to sit as my room mates were all still asleep.
