Hotel is indeed very kid-oriented. - Tiffi Brasserie serves fantastic food (Italian food, Thai food, some Polish soups): very good quality & service

- Lack of A/C in Tiffilandia. Ventilator was not enough during hot days - SPA&Wellness zone is excellent for adults and kids who can swim, but I feel that one small pool for smaller kids is not enough

Nice SPA , great indoor park for the kids, and really good restaurant including an amazing breakfast! We have spent four fabulous days.

Temperature in the rooms is too hot, and it’s not possible to regulate it. Staff communication on the New Year’s Eve options was presented poorly without proper explanation on what options were feasible considering we have two kids, 6 and 3 years old .

It’s a paradise for families with children any age. We travel as a couple without children. Only swimming pool was overcrowded, full of happy children. The restaurant and the bar are great, foot and drinks. Breakfast is very good, big space with many tables. Variety of food is also amazing. Go to SPA, absolutely relaxing. The team of the hotel does their job great. Go there and enjoy!

Great playground for kids, they can easily spend few days there.

If there is music in the bar down - you can hear it very loud in the room and the staff can’t really help. Breakfast is a bit poor for 5*. Food options are limited, nothing else close by and the restaurant is a bit over priced with small portions.

Buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We had one evening meal on the day of our arrival and it was superb as was the service. Very friendly hotel, staff always smiling. Our room was amazing.

personnel in a restaurant with no training at all - most of them don't know about basics. I received bill sooner than dish etc.

Great location by the lake. Bar and restaurant on site. Swimming pool. Parking. Friendly staff. Wide choice at breakfast. Large, comfortable room.
