This hotel is a solid option for travellers not willing to pay the overpriced motu hotels like Conrad's and St. Regis. Staff is very welcoming, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast buffet is great. The restaurant and breakfast venue is right at the beach front and there're always plenty of deck chairs available. For dinner the restaurant offers well priced dishes so that we went there multiple times during our stay. In the bar you'll get lunch snack options which are also fairly priced, compared to other places. To reduce plastic bottle consumption, there is a drinking water fountain where you can refill your water bottle. Finally, they can organize excursions and e-scooters for you. For the latter, the batteries get changed in the morning, so you basically drive around Bora Bora electrically for free!

Transfer from the airport ferry in Vaitape to the hotel happens in an old bus that seems to break down any minute. If there's lots of clients, the bus can get pretty crowded and feel like a cattle transport. They charge you around 15 eur one way per Person, which is quite a lot considering that the bus can take about 30 passengers. So that's 450,- EUR for a 15 minutes rise in an old bus - pretty impressive. I think the hotel could easily charge less for the transfer. However, if there are reasonably cheaper options, I don't know. Finally, the tour desk seems to be overcrowded at times (especially in the morning) so it takes a long time renting a scooter or even only just picking up your beach tower, so plan well ahead and consider the waiting times when planning your day.

The hotel facilities are good and extremely clean. The garden is well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beach is good. Free drinking water in the hotel is also a big plus. The hotel is near Matira beach and a walking distance to some nice restaurants. Almost every day, there was an entertainment activity next to the swimming pool. The breakfast is ok too.

We had a misunderstanding with the taxi company in one of our excursions. It seems that this company is regularly used by the hotel. So be extra careful when ordering a taxi. The taxi driver and her boss/husband were very rude, abusive, and aggressive. I guess the hotel staff could have been more helpful in this situation and could have protected our interests better. Moreover, it was a clear issue of misunderstanding on the pickup time. After the incident, we decided to change the hotel for our last night in Bora Bora and there we felt really taken care of.

The hotel is small, cozy and very green that has a beautiful traditional design. The room that we received was spacious with a big bed and a small terrace. There is a pool, bar, restaurant and relaxation room. Also there are some free activities happening every day. You can also rent kayaks, bicycles or scooters and other experiences. Everyone that works at the hotel was always welcoming and friendly.

Breakfast was almost the same every day and it is not the healthiest one. I would recommend adding more fresh vegetables, salads and diversifying eggs as we had only scramble eggs.

Great location. Great waterfront property. Good amenities. Good breakfast. Dinner menu pricey and lacked quality.

Some staff are set too much in their own ways. They forget that the customer needs good service.

The beach and location were incredible. Room and property were clean.

An otherwise great experience was tarnished with the scooter rental. A deposit of over €400 was needed to rent a scooter for 8 hours, which I thought was high but was told it would be returned the next day. When it wasn’t I checked with the front desk and they confirmed it was returned and would be back on Monday. 1 month later it was still not back and of 3 emails to the hotel only one was answered. They said they were looking into it. Had to go to my own bank to cancel the payment all together. The hotel was lovely with a beautiful beach but would advise against renting the scooter as it was ultimately more hassle then it was worth.

The staff are exceptional - so friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, so many options and lots of food. Room was great, very large and the king bed was a welcome relief for two tall people, the room was also serviced every day. There is a little supermarket next door if you require provisions. The pool bar was good and the restaurant was a good option for dinner, there are also other dinner options within walking distance (10 min walk). The beach is superb, there's plenty of sun lounges and the view is amazing. The concierge was very helpful and can arrange tours/trips etc., there's even bikes for hire (we cycled around the whole island in 4 hours with one beer stop!).

The weather! It was the best but we were grateful for a couple of nice days.

Location of the hotel is excellent, close to the sea as well as to shop, to the beach Matira also. Nice room and veeery big bed, nice garden in which bungalovs are located, cold water permanently accesible for free. Breakfast quite rich - it however depends of how long you stay in the hotel. Pool in the premisy and see 5 meters from dining room.

Breakfast could have been more variable- not the same every day:-)

Handy location. Nice beach for swimming. A small supermarket 5 minutes away. Other eating options 15 minute walk

Wonderful stay! Enjoyed the yummy full breakfast spreads and the staff was a delight! Rooms were comfortable and their being across the street from the main hotel was not at all an issue. We walked to nearby restaurants and the well stocked store next door was convenient. It was nice to enjoy the pool after a day at sea. We enjoyed the electric scooters we rented directly from the hotel - so convenient! They even swapped out the partially-drained batteries after a full day of zipping around the island without our asking so we were up and ready for an early island ride at sunrise to make the most of it! Staff help with airport transfer arrangements made it a breeze! Wonderful overall stay and value!
