The location on the beach is gorgeous, and the room was very comfortable, including the balcony/deck area which was great for enjoying sunrise and sunset. The location near the airport is also convenient, and it's a perfect stop before the end/beginning of the holidays in Greece.

It's a very small critique (but doesn't take away from all the positives): The map and information on nearest bus stop was very useful. It would have been helpful to add information on locations where one could purchase additional fares for the bus/transport into Athens if needed.

Quiet area. Could hear the ocean surf. But you can hear planes overhead which should be expected since you were so close to airport. About 15 minute walk to downtown and many restaurants with beachside loungers on a very nice stretch of beach. Beach outside of property is rocky. Loungers below for sun comfort. Busy road to walk to downtown. But we took a side street

Nothing really. We had a disgruntled renter on bottom floor that had their door open to listen to waves. Came out and asked us to be quiet. This was one in the morning and we were out there waiting for our taxi to airport. Sorry !!Setting up taxi prior was great. $25 euros each way. About 15 minutes

Wasn't expecting there to be a reception as I was emailed the code for the gate and room key box, but was greated by a really friendly guy who checked we were OK and gave us recommendations of where to eat. Room was great with ideal kitchen facilities, huge fridge and a freezer and microwave and there was even complimentary water and snacks left for us. Only stopped one night, wished we had booked for longer and would definitely go back if even near Athens again.

Might be a bit quiet and out of the way for some people and would say you definitely need a car to access and get around.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in/check-out processes, cleaning and airport transfer were handled very smoothly. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the water and perfect for a quick bath. We also enjoyed our ouzo with the beach view every evening.

The public transport in the area was non-existent, therefore we had to rely a lot on Uber. There are not many options for vegans in the nearby markets or restaurants. In the room, the kitchen was not very functional. Mainly because of the shower head, the water pressure was not enough in the shower.

Two floors all to yourself! The blinds are controlled by buttons, there are two A/C units and two TVs, and the kitchen comes with the basics (including a bottle opener). There's a nearby shop, a short walk up to the main road, and a few restaurants too. Additional beachfront restaurants and a full grocery store are within walking distance (though it's a little treacherous without a proper sidewalk, so be careful). We requested a taxi to the airport the night before we needed to leave and the driver was 10 minutes early. Quick and easy trip to Athens Int'l.

The view off the balcony is of the sea, but the beach isn't very clean. This is true of the all the beaches we saw along the seaside edge of Artemida. Lots of rocks, beach grass, some trash. The water was very rough so we didn't go in.

Excellent location, a short drive from the airport. A new and beautifully designed room, clean and organized, with a sea view. The room includes a small balcony, a kitchenette, and a refrigerator. A baby crib is available if needed. Private parking is available. The check-in and check-out process is very convenient – using a code for a lockbox. There is an excellent pizzeria and a great local bakery near the hotel. Highly recommended for an overnight stay before or after a flight.

Nothing, everything was very good

When you rent a car from the airport and drive to the east coast, it is easy to find accommodation with the sound of the sea. We were greeted with a friendly welcome and an exceptionally tidy, clean apartment. Everything we needed was available. All items were new, clean and functional. If you are not with children and are a good swimmer, you can swim in the moderately wavy sea that reaches the outskirts of the house, that is, in front of the house. If you have children, there are many beach facilities suitable for children 1 km north. A great accommodation facility for Athens. We also received warm and detailed answers to all our questions about other details of the holiday, such as restaurants and beaches.

Sweet hotel! We were impressed with how thoughtfully the room was supplied from water, juice and some crackers to the ability to prepare a small meal if you wanted. Being able to see & hear the ocean waves was wonderful. The value for this room is amazing! It was close to the airport which was the goal for a 6am flight and they arranged transportation for that as well with a transfer service.

Could have been me but I couldn’t get the hot water to work in the shower. A tepid shower at 3 am did help me to get moving faster though!

We were only here for a night, between our hopper back from Crete in the evening and our flight back to the US the next day. But even with just 12 hours in the place, it was a really special final night. The suite is compact but comfortable, very modern, with a few snacks provided. It really is just steps away from the water, and we walked the road along the water to get to the town area, where we had a casual late night dinner and strolled back. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was a little cramped because the sofa bed was in use -- it's definitely more comfortable for two people than three or four. But that's really minor -- overall it was just right for what we needed.

Amazing view, sounds of the sea, sea view from the bed. We were on the ground floor with a patio. Hotel is new with a beautiful design. Quiet, lots of parking. We took the subway and a taxi to get there. Walked to an excellent restaurant on the beach. The manager at the hotel helped us book a taxi for an early morning flight. Very close to the airport. Glad we didn't risk relying on the subway from Athens for our flight.

Would have liked a coffee maker in the room, but we had tea. Not a big deal.
