The location is really convenient, close to the Acropolis and to the Omonia square (walking distance). Also, the tram is in front of the building, so is the metro station. The beds and pillows were comfy, the apartmant is nicely divided so that everyone has their privacy: two separate bedrooms, and a nice living room connected to the kitchen and a big table for four. Also, every room has air condition! That is a big plus, especially during the summer in Athens. Dishwashing liquid, sponge and paper towels are provided, also hand soap and shower gel, towels of course. The host was also very kind and responding quickly to any of our questions.

Addition of some basic dishes would be nice: big salad bowl, cucumber peeler, a big knife, silicon or wooden spatula for the pan... Since the nespresso machine is provided, it would be a nice touch if a couple of capsules would wait for the guests on arrival, also maybe some water bottles. Bottled water is really cheap in Greece and it would really make a nice touch when you enter the apartment after your travels. Just some tiny suggestions, we had a great time regardless!

Perfect location in a safe neighborhood, the apartment was spacious, bright and clean. Generous hot water and water pressure! Host was super nice and communicative, we had some problem first and it was fixed the next morning.

There is one set of keys so we need to coordinate when people in our group had different plans of going out. The water temperature gets too hot easily and the tap is very sensitive, becareful when adjusting the temperature.

The apartment is conveniently located near many stores and restaurants, as well as the tram and subway. It's a very short walk to the Acropolis. We had no problem walking everywhere in town, and it was easy to get to the port for a ferry as well. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of outlets. The washing machine is a nice addition, especially with children. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and the living room was comfortable. The apartment has a lot of room, really a nice place. It's on a higher floor but there is an elevator.

The Internet was sometimes not reliable in the farther bedroom.

So easy to check in & all information provided was exceptional. Communication was fast & efficient. Cute, clean, great area, close to: metro, stores, shops & restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all the necessary items. Coffee was a nice touch. Laundry machine was a nice touch. View of the Acropolis too! 🏛️

The location close to all public transportation and rental cars agancy..(2 stops from Syntagma, 1 stop from Acropoli...), the kindness of the staff, air conditioning, clean, well aquiped, the photoes in booking are representing the reality and Athens in general

We liked the place and well be hapoy to stay there in future again. Only thing we recommend is checkin in advance about the variety of care products that the place offers and if you are staying for a relatively long period of time, then the same goes for the variety of cleaning products that the place provides.

The apartment was in a prime location, close to a main train station, great for going from the airport and moving around Athens. It was also wlaking distance to restaurants, and attractions (entrance to acropolis). The place itself was spacious, and kept neat and tidy, comfy beds and pillows, it is in a 4th level, but there is a lift.

Nothing to dislike

Nice comfy apartment with all amenities needed for a family of four. For the Athens weather, AC units in all rooms are a super feature. Good location, near the Acropolis museum, metro and tram station across the street, walking distance to Plaka and Syntagma. Smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very responsive and helpful.

It's not something I didn't like, just like a lot of previous reviews, the bathroom could have a renovation. Far from it being bad or whatnot, with a little makeover the appt would be tip-top 😊

The location of Athens Heartbeat was perfect. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. The washer/dryer combo and two bedrooms were very nice. The kitchen was useful. I used my Netflix account to watch movies on the large tv in the living room after long days of sightseeing. Air conditioning was a blessing too.

Bring shampoo, laundry soap and some trash liners.

We've been for the second time in this property. Everything remains very comfortable. The apartment stays very well maintained. Almost everything is in good order. Just to remind - location of the apartment is an absolute top as you have Acropolis, Plaka, Museum Quarter, Kolonaki all in 20-30-max 40 minutes leasury walking distance (we are with kids!) or 1-2-3 metro stations. Metro station entrance is across the street. Tram stop is in front of the door. Definitely a choice if we're in Athens once again.

Iron press should be probably replaced. Otherwise all equipment looks to be fine.

A very spacious apartment, super close to metro, close to Acropolis, Plaka, Syntagma. Tram to the beaches is next door. Easy check in process and good instructions in a manual inside. Feels that the owner tried to create a very convenient space. And you can see the Parthenon from the balcony!!!

One thing to mention - the living room looks over a very busy highway. But bedrooms are lòoking over quite courtyard. A little noisy in the bedrooms if you sleep with no AC and all doors open.
