We had a great stay at this hotel! The room is new, very clean, and has high ceilings, which made our room feel really spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the metro and within easy reach of main attractions like the Acropolis and museums. There are also plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the online check-in process was seamless. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay!

The only downside is that all the rooms face the main hallway and stairs, so you can hear people talking at night and in the morning. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience!

Enjoyed our time at Cohort, which is perfectly located to explore Athens on foot. Great facilities and very friendly staff. It was also very helpful to allow a slightly late checkout and to be able to leave our bags after for a couple of hours before going to the airport. Would also recommend the transfer service they offer, very good experience and not much more expensive than a regular cab.

The couch we had as a 2nd bed was not very comfortable. A topper had been added but it still wasn’t the best. Although the hotel entrance is on a quiet street, our 3rd floor room was facing the much larger road at the back and as a result you could hear a muted traffic humming noise. But it was fine to sleep, so not so much of an issue.

The location. Hip area lots of restaurants shops . So close to Acropolis and metro stop coming from Piraeus for one night before flight next day . Easy access to metro to get to airport . The communication and the staff greeting upon arrival . Comfortable bed. Small kitchen with complimentary espresso as Will as Milk in the fridge. Complimentary water . Very quiet . Would have stayed more than one night if we had more time in Athens but this location made it easy to do a lot in one evening .

Liked everything .. just be aware there is no lobby per se only a coffee shop open during the day and it’s self access after 8 pm . We arrived before then so a staff member greeted us .. they give you codes for the front door .

Cohort Koukaki is a young environment, vibrating positivity and energy. Staff was kind, friendly, professional and helpful and they reserved me the warmest welcome. I benefitted of an upgrade and, so, my room was very spacious; it was very nice to find a note on my nigh table and I appreciated the fact that there were many coffee capsules to be used for the Nespresso and also a yoga mat! The hotel is clean and very nicely decorated: everything is thought and cared in the detail. Furthermore, position is incomparable! I am definitely suggesting this place to my friends visiting Athens and I hope to come back very soon!

Located in the heart of vibrant Koukaki, this amazing spot offers unparalleled convenience. Restaurants, transportation, convenience stores, bakeries, artisan food shops, coffee shops, and attractions are all just a 2-15 minute walk away. The area is brimming with fantastic dining options, making it a traveller & food lover’s paradise! We booked the deluxe apartment, which was incredibly spacious, bright, and offered a view directly overlooking the main road. It was equipped with all the facilities one could need for a comfortable stay. Note- while there is a coffee bar on-site, breakfast is not served there. However, arrangements are made with a nearby restaurant just a few meters away. Keep in mind that the breakfast menu there is quite limited and remains the same throughout the week. For the best experience, consider skipping the breakfast add-on, as there are numerous excellent options just a 2-10 minute stroll away. Will definitely stay at COHORT KOUKAKI.

Nice room

There were constructions being made opposite the hotel from 7 am. It's not the hotel's responsibility and the reception informed right away. The hotel offered free coffee next morning. I feel they could have offered more: ex. Discount or possibility of free cancellation.

Beautiful room, clean and attractive hotel very close to the attractions. Our airport transfer didn't show and the lovely woman at reception helped us call them and organise another way to the airport.

Everything was fantastic. We booked and paid through booking.com and the only somewhat negative was that the hotel emailed me a bill when we returned home which was confusing. I chased it up and they clarified it was just for their records but I had a bit of worry until it was sorted, so maybe they could ensure their bill says paid and zero it out.

Everything was superb! The breakfast at a nearby cafe was extremely delicious and staff was so kind and helpful. Our room at the property was spotless. We also had 2 bottles of water in the fridge which we appreciated since we arrived late at night. There were also coffee pods and tea bags. The property is a 5-10 minute walk from the Acropolis museum and only a 3-5minute walk to the nearest bus / tram stop.

I cannot fault anything, but if I have to be really picky, I'd only mention that the heating is centrally controlled and since we felt extremely warm, we slept with the window slightly open although it was December. It was a pity that this could not be controlled from the AC in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It appeared to be newly opened—just about a week before our booking—which made everything feel fresh and well-maintained. Our room was stylish, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with a yoga mat, perfect for a relaxing stretch after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's cleanliness and its excellent location, just a short walk from the Acropolis, made our experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was served at a charming café nearby, offering a delightful variety of dishes, fresh orange juice, and a selection of coffees. The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and provided fantastic recommendations for dining and drinks. Additionally, the hotel features a small boutique on the ground floor, showcasing beautifully crafted handmade pieces.

Good location and safe area however, one should bear in mind that in order to get to the area of Monastiraki square you need approx. 20-minute walk. This did not bother us, as we like to walk a lot. Breakfasts in a nearby restaurant were great, nevertheless, it would be nice to have 1-2 more meat options (especially if someone stays more than 2 nights).

It turned out that the air conditioning in the hotel does not work in the "traditional" way. The heating is set centrally, and even when the air conditioning is not turned on at all, warm air blows out of it anyway... However, the staff provided me with an additional fan, so the problem was solved and I was able to sleep comfortably :)
