Location was fantastic. We stayed in the first floor apartment. Everything you needed in the apartment (apart from a tea towel) We were met at the door on arrival after they had arranged for private taxi transfer from airport. Anny had sent us lots of recommendations for tours and restaurants beforehand. Couple of issues which were dealt with on the day and fixed. Would definitely say yes to staying here. Lift was a big bonus for my mum (79). Thank you Cozy Apartments for a great stay in Athens. I can also recommend the Kalamaki Bar for food which is just down the road and there’s a little supermarket next door but one to the restaurant.

Needed a tea towel

The apartment was clean and well-equipped. I liked the location; it was close to almost all the attractions I wanted to visit and a lot of places to eat. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Helped to organize a swimming cruise for us. They were very sweet!!!!!

The only two things I would have as issues, one of them I eventually figured out why was the fact that we couldn't flush toilet paper. You cannot flush toilet paper in Greece and a few other European countries. So that isn't their fault at all. The second one was that water from the bathroom had no stopper so the bathroom/toilet was constantly wet. Anny was really sweet when I mentioned these. So overall, I will STRONGLY recommend it.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the acropolis but far enough away that there is genuine restaurants, takeaways, markets and less crowds. The property was as described and the host took. great pride in presenting a clean, tidy and well thought out space. I did communicate with the host quite abit and always received a quick friendly response. The host also provided some great places to eat, drink and visit. The apartment block and apartment were secure.

The apartment was great however there is construction going on next door. Didn’t affect us as we were out each day

The location of the apartment is awesome. Super close to the metro station if you want to travel from the airport to the city by metro. The tourist part of the city is all in walking distance. And the neighborhood itself also has really nice restaurants. Much less touristic. Anny, the host, is great with information regarding the apartment and tips where to eat and what to do. The apartment itself is very clean, has enough space and good beds.

Bear in mind that at the moment there is a very loud construction site next to the apartment. Since we were away most of the time it didn’t bother us much. Also the balcony is quite noisy with the traffic from the street. The advantage of the apartment made up for this.

The apartments were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for each of our families in each apartment. The building was in a great location, very close to the Acropolis but outside the super touristy area. The best part of our stay though, was the host. From booking to arrival and throughout our stay, Anny was the perfect host. She was so helpful, providing recommendations for anything we needed including organizing an amazing sunset trip to the Temple of Poseidon and a private guided tour of the Acropolis. I would highly recommend this property not only for the wonderful apartment and great location but also for the amazing host. Best host I’ve had by far!

Nothing, everything was great!

The apartment is in the heart of the center which makes it easily accessible to Athens attractions. There are ample food options at a walking distance less than 5 minutes.Anny & Emilia (the host) recommended really good places and we tried most of them. The apartment is very clean , modern and has laundry facilities 😀. We had a great time during our stay in Athens.

There was one full bath and one half. For a family of 5, it was little harder but we managed it as everything else was so great!

The most comfortable beds we slept on in a month of traveling around Greece! This apartment is spacious, clean and in an excellent location - within walking distance to all the major Athens attractions. Excellent communication with the host and they came to meet us upon our arrival. Highly recommend, especially if you want a comfortable bed and good sleep!

Fantastic apartment for family of 4. From when we were first greeted by Yianni his customer service blew us away. Extremely clean apartment and well-equipped facilities. Excellent location and walking distance to cafes and shops. We are already planning our next stay here. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Cannot complain everything was perfect!

Excellent and modern apartment at second floor at walking distance from the Acropolis, Plaka, Syntagma square. There are restaurants just around the corner and a supermarket is very close. There is an elevator to the apartment. The spacious apartment looks brand new and is very well equiped with all you need for a good stay in Athens: complete kitchen: with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, nespresso etc. The apartment has good airco in every room. There are two bedrooms, one with comfortable queensize bed and another with two separate beds. The bedrooms are situated at the quiet backside, not at the busy and noisy streetside. The bathroom has a (rain) shower. Towels, bathroom garniture is provided. There is a washingmachine and iron. The spacious balcony is at the streetside in shadow with table and chairs. Traffic makes it noisy to sit there. The host of the apartment, Anny, is very friendly and providing lots of information and tips via Whatsapp about Athens.

The only remark we have is about the very noisy breaking down construction works in the building next door: starting at 7:30 pm ending about 15 am. But, that is only temporally and we where mostly out.

Arrangements to meet the hosts were perfect. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Loads of great suggestions for local food, places to go etc. The property was amazing. We had everything that we needed and more. Great location- really good for Acropolis and other sites.
