The property is a ground floor property with a few steps up from the street level. It is located right next to the Acropolis Museum, it is close to the acropolis metro stop ( 2-4 mins walk), It is very clean. It has 2 very comfortable double bed rooms. The AC made the apartment very comfortable as Athens was hot being end of July. It has delightful decor modern and vibrant. The kitchen has everything you need and is spacious. It has a very lovely, cool and comfortable living room, the TV has a good range of channels including Netflix (although we didn’t actually use it). There is a bathroom with a shower, basin, WC and washing machine. There is a second WC. Clean towels are provided. There is a small balcony which overlooks a courtyard. It is a delightful city apartment.

Check-in was seamless. Kostis accommodated our plea for early check-in after our overnight flight and instructions for self-check-in including location was seamless. Apartment was bright, with lots of natural sunlight, and very clean. Although we didn’t cook, the small kitchen seemed very adequate and we appreciated the refrigerator to keep our leftovers and waters cold. Kostis also gave excellent recommendations for dining and attractions and transfers. Location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Acropolis Museum. Check-out was just as seamless. Thank you Kostis for your wonderful hospitality. We would definitely love to stay at your apartment again while in Athens

Spacious ground-floor apartment, a few yards from the New Acropolis Museum, and in easy walking distance of Acropolis, Agora, Pnyx, Plaka, etc.. Also with some good restaurants and shops very close by, but not on the main tourist trail. There are two double bedrooms, a living room, kitchen with dining table, bathroom with shower and washing machine, and also a second toilet. The hosts were very helpful in offering advice, recommending shops and restaurants, and arranging taxis, as well as offering a number of guided tours and other excursions. We accepted the offer for taxi transfers to and from the airport, for €45 each way, and it was a very good service.

The location is great, easy to walk around, nice and safe neighborhood. Host met us in front of the building, gave us the keys, explained all the policies and rules and how to use the hot water. also gave us recommendations for local restaurants and transportation service ( Taxi drivers were on strike during our stay)

The smaller bathroom/ powder room is really small, it's a little bit difficult to turn around

The host, Kostis, is very nice. All my questions were answered very promptly via Whatsapp. The kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of coffee pods, paper napkins, laundry detergents, etc. Bed is very comfortable. Location is great, right next to Acropolis Museum.

It will be best if the garbage bin in the kitchen is a Step-On trash can, so we dont need to use our hand to open the lid.

The location was amazing and we could walk or catch a bus to everywhere. The host Kostis was phenomenal in organising transport, telling us best places to eat and where to visit. He was always on hand to help us have the best experience of Athens and helped us book taxis and tours. Extremely kind and went out of his way to help

Everything was perfect

The location was excellent! So close to wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, stores, the museum and the Acropolis. Staying in this apartment gave us a true feeling of living in Greece rather than if we stayed in a hotel. The apartment was safe. Kostis communicated with us above and beyond through WhatsApp. He provided excellent food recommendations. He met us at the property and even stored our luggage for us since we arrived earlier than the checkin time. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

The location of the appt, was a dream! Literally 1 min away from all hystorical sites! The tour around appartament upon arrival with explanation how to use some of devices was very helpful, The owner kindly provided us with converter that was very important in order to start charging our devices since US and Europe have different voltage. Trasfer from Airport to our Apptm was very helpfull and we were happy to add this service to our trip . We also ordered private tour through the Kostis and the lady-Guide was knowlegible, and gave us ample of time to look around the museum and Actropolis. Getting the private tour also saving lots of time cause you do not have to stand in long lines to get the entrace tickets. overall, all was an excellent!

Our stay in the foothills of the Acropolis was made truly exceptional thanks to our incredible host. Right from the start, he went above and beyond, providing us with convenient and friendly transportation from the airport. He even helped arrange a wheelchair for my mom, which was a tremendous help. When we arrived at the apartment, our host was there to greet us, adding a personal touch to our welcome. Throughout the planning process, our host's communication was outstanding. He was very friendly and incredibly helpful with recommendations. Any questions we had were answered in a very timely manner, which made our trip preparations smooth and stress-free. The location of the apartment was perfect. It was clean, quiet, and exceptionally comfortable. We were happy to find that it was in close proximity to museums, restaurants, and, of course, the iconic Parthenon. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our Athens adventure.

Fantastic location and super helpful and accommodating host. Kostis arranged for an airport transfer and met us to check-in at 2am. He helped us with suggestions for things to do, and places to eat throughout our stay. Located within a couple minutes walk from the Acropolis Museum, the best bakery in Athens, coffee shops, restaurants, and ice cream shops. Such a convenient location, we were able to return daily when the kids grew tired of walking and needed a break. You literally have a view of the Acropolis when you walk out the front door.

Sound proofing in ceiling wasn't great, but thankfully we only heard the family above a handful of times.
