I have stayed at dozen of apartments in Europe. Kinglin is truly a Gem in Athens and was by far the best stay/experience ever. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. Spotless clean and amazingly decorated apartment with a beautiful kitchen and shower that works perfectly. The bed is extremely comfortable, I literally had to use an alarm to wake up. The location is superb, very safe area with lots of beautiful restaurants! I was so happy to find Athens Hop-on Hop-off Bus Stop right outside the building (only a few meters). I could go on and on about how much I loved this place. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens. Speaking of the hosts, Effie and Daphne are fabulous people. Effie went above and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I had a personal challenge prior to arrival, she made sure I was getting all the help I needed. Effie, I can’t thank you enough!!

We really had a nice experience at Kinglin. The location is wonderful - the building is on a quiet residential side street but right in the middle of things. A Kinglin staff member was there to greet us and explain the door locks and other features. The apartment was very well equipped and immaculately clean. Every morning a box was left outside our door before 8 a.m., with a small bottle of fresh-squeezed orange juice and a Greek pastry. It was a perfect start to the day. We also had a coffee maker, with the coffee pods replenished daily.

I had a little difficulty figuring out the washing machine without some English-language guidance regarding the controls. But it was handy to have it.

Everything about this place was perfect. We were there for 4 nights and 3 full days and took 2 tours while in Athens. The meeting spot for these tours as well as the Acropolis and countless restaurants was just around the corner. Although its location was so near anything you could want, it was still a quiet and restful place to come back to at the end of the day. With the windows closed we didn't hear any pedestrian or street noise at all. There was an amazing spot for pastries and coffee at the end of the street that we could smell as soon as we walked out the door. We stopped there for snacks and the man working was so nice in explaining every treat they offered. This would be a perfect and convenient place for additional breakfast items if needed, although they offer a breakfast energy box at 8:30 each morning. The box contained pastries and fresh orange juice. This was plenty for us to start our day and they were very gracious about bringing it earlier for us to enjoy before our tours. The room was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed, kitchenette, and an amazing shower with great water pressure. Communication was so easy and responses from Effie came almost immediately. She was very helpful with our check-in / check-out process, and securing transportation to and from the airport. Thank you so much for your efforts Effie! I wouldn't even look at other options if we decided to come back. There was nothing not to like about this property.

Nothing. Everything was great!

There are so many things we loved about the property. You are literally across the street from the Acropolis Museum and a five minute walk from the Acropolis. We were able to walk to every Athens attraction in a few minutes. There are dozens of good restaurants within a few blocks and public transportation is very close if you don’t want to walk. The property was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The staff is amazing. We had a lot of communication before we arrived so we knew what to expect when we arrived. When we had questions they answered them quickly. Every morning we opened our door to a box of Greek pastries. Every morning we had different pastries and couldn’t wait to see what was coming the next morning.

There is nothing not to like about the property

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is even nicer than in the photographs. It was beautifully decorated whilst also providing the practicalities that a traveller needs such as a washing machine, iron etc. The terrace was amazing and offered a reprieve from the busyness of Athens. The location was very central- to cafes, the Parthenon and Plaka area yet it was on a quiet street. The staff were very attentive and when I told them about of a food allergy they immediately brought an alternative breakfast box which again exceeded the norm.

Our stay at Kinglin Luxury Apartments was absolutely unforgettable. Effie and her incredible team made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Every morning, we were spoiled with fresh orange juice and a different Greek pastry – such a thoughtful touch! The location couldn’t be better, just a short 10-minute walk to the Acropolis and only 2 minutes to the metro, perfect for exploring Athens. A luxurious stay in a prime neighborhood, hosted by amazing people—what more could you ask for? The home is equipped with impressive technology and fantastic features that make the experience even more exceptional.

All amazing

Absolutely wonderful! They have thought of everything. Stay here for one night or for several months. The bed is so comfortable, the bathroom shower is without a doubt the greatest shower of all time and it’s also very beautiful. The apartment is exceptionally and quiet and beautifully designed. There is so much more to the apartment than I had expected. The highest quality of materials were used. Our hostess was gracious and delightful and so very thoughtful. The light morning breakfast of fresh orange juice and a Greek cheese croissant was perfect. Bottled water, coffee and espresso can be made in your kitchen with the coffee machine. The bed was soft and so comfortable! The AC was great too as was the lighting. The water pressure and volume is magnificent. Wow, What a shower! There is an elevator. The hostess suggested parking at a gas station just up the street and called them in advance to let them know we were coming. Great communication. Very well stocked kitchen and bathroom including washing machine, bathrobes, additional pillows and comforter. Daphne is a wonderful host!!!!!

Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Perfect location, 3 minutes walk to Acropolis metro station, and 5 min walk to Acropolis. Tons of restaurants and bars in short walk distance. Despite centrally located the apartment is very quiet, well equipped (Nespresso coffee machine and capsules enough for days), comfy double bed (the couch in the living room is only good for small kids and/or adults), perfect bathroom with everything you would need (even sewing kit!). Has a nice little balcony too. Our host was very helpful, responsive and supportive, also a very nice housekeeper. We received every morning fresh orange juice and some kind of nice pastry, also some fruits, so breakfast is practically included! Bathrobes and hotel slippers, 5* quality bedsheets and towels, strong air conditioning. Everything is new in the apartment and done with good taste. Easy access (code). Perfect for couples, but you can fit with plus 1-2 small children too.

Check-in and check-out was very smooth. The arranged transfer to the airport was excellent. The apartment and the whole house was in top share — expensively and completely reconstructed. Excellent bathroom and air conditioning. Comfortable beds and daily service. The property provided daily packages with delicious pastries (varied by days) and orange juices for all guests in the morning. The staff were quick to respond and very helpful. The location is very close to the Acropolis and area with restaurants.

The hostess: Effie was superb, excellent communication, very responsive and efficient and was very happy to arrange taxis, restaurants etc. Great location, quiet street. Although an apartment and not catered, as such , we were provided with fresh orange juice and local pastries , coffee in house which meant breakfast was, effectively provided. Sadly we didn’t get to use the lovely terrace as weather did not permit. Great, chique ,very well located property. Highly recommend!
