Very clean, friendly staff, quiet location nestled away on a side street but still incredibly close to Acropoli metro station and major tourist sights. We slept incredibly well here and were very comfortable. Glad we got the junior suite though, as I think their regular rooms might be a little small. Housekeeping staff were great, even folding our clothes. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Laundry is available for 20 euros. Definitely would stay again!

The WiFi was a little spotty but it wasn’t an issue 90% of the time. That’s my only complaint and wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

I had the pleasure of staying during my recent holiday trip in Athens. Before even arriving, the host called me to organize the details of my stay and my request for an earlier check-in. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, which set a positive tone for my stay. The accommodations were nothing short of exceptional. The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also impeccably clean and well-appointed. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, from the luxurious bedding to the array of amenities provided. Even the cot was exceptional. Overall, my stay at 11 Acropolis Suites was remarkable. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Athens for either business or leisure. It is absolutely close to everything and 100 meters from the Acropolis. Thank you for facilitating such a wonderful experience!

The location is absolutely the best—just a short walk to the Acropolis Museum, the Acropolis slopes entrance, as well as great restaurants and a lively street market. It honestly feels like this place is way more underrated than it deserves to be. The entire place was recently updated and sparkling clean. The lady that checked us in was super helpful, I wish I asked for her name. She told us all the spots we need to hit as well as best times and what to do and when. Thank you very much, you made our stay in Athens unforgettable!

The location was great for a one night stay over in Athens. We were able to walk to the acropolis and other historical sights. There are great little shops and restaurants nearby. The property was meticulous and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Anna booked a car to pick us up at the cruise port and drop us the next morning at the airport. The room was spacious and modern with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms was in a loft… such a great space. The modern design was so creative. We didn’t need do much space but it was the only one left and the price was right!! Great accommodation!!

The alleyway was a little disconcerting when we pulled down at first but it was not a problem at all. The place is lovely and welcoming. We walked up and down the little streets connecting nearby both during the day and evening and felt very safe and were close to everything we wanted to see.

Excellent location. Within 5 mins walk from: Metro Supermarket Restaurants Shops Also walking distance to Acropolis, Plaka, Acropolis museum. Anna, the manager of the hotel was very helpful and kind. Though we had some payment issues, she resolved it promptly and to our satisfaction. Always cheerful and polite.

Small shortcomings: Should provide tissue paper, bedroom slippers and 2 chairs for 2 guests in rooms.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance. The room was spotless, with a super comfortable king bed and a large bathroom with one of the best showers we’ve had on our trip. Reception staff were so kind and welcoming, especially the lovely lady who helped us with booking a taxi to the airport and was always so helpful and personal. Overall, such a wonderful place to stay and we would highly recommend it.

The location was wonderful - 1 minute walk to Acropoli metro station but not noisy. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, convenience stores and souvenir shops nearby. The room had modern facilities and a powerful shower, two sinks were useful so two people could get ready at the same time. The beds were large and comfortable and the minibar was well stocked. Reception staff were helpful and offered a speedy laundry service. Air conditioning was powerful.

On one of the days the room wasn't cleaned. You are not supposed to flush toilet paper down the toilet, which is not uncommon in Greece but when used toilet paper is sitting in a waste bin, it really needs to be emptied every day or it begins to smell! The room is a good size but could be a tiny bit bigger for a better experience - when the sofa bed is used, it is slightly awkward trying to move around the room. But this is nitpicking - overall a great experience.

Fantastic location for an early visit to the acropolis. Hotel is within a walking distance of a number of tourists attractions. Also ideally placed to try the many cafes, bars and restaurants in Plaka Neighbourhood. Staff is friendly and helpful and room was spacious, clean and quiet.

Hotel did not seem to be staffed outside of working hours. Whilst staff was reachable and response through phone/whatsapp, this can make the stay a bit less enjoyable (and stressful). Facilities beyond bedrooms seemed nonexistent (but was there for one night and did not really venture in the building, so I may have missed them).

Enjoyed our time at 11 Enteka Suites! The location was great, being right off the Acropolis metro stop, just steps away from the Acropolis itself and many great restaurants. The street was quiet and we never had noise issues. Our room was the "penthouse" which meant the elevator opened up into our room. That was unique and a kinda fun experience to have, as well as sitting out on the large balcony in the evenings. Throughout our stay, Anna was helpful with directions and recommendations. Would definitely recommend!

Although the rooms was compact, having the giant bathroom and balcony added the square footage necessary to make it spacious. We stayed in 3C which has an elevator entrance, no manual door, only elevator key-card. Felt like I lived in NYC Penthouse with that type of luxury entrance; very cool. Everything was sleek and modern. Very quiet hotel, only a handful of rooms and controlled access. We stayed two nights, and it was perfect location to drop your bags and walk around the shops.

If you have a lot of luggage, its hard to open it all (limited floor space). We used the balcony to rearrange some luggage before heading to the next country on our itinerary.
