The location of the apartment is amazing and you can walk to the most important places in less than 20 minutes. We had the 3 bedroom apartment with 4 adults and we had more than plenty of space. The apartment is well equipped and the guy we brought us our keys was super friendly and hospitable.

We arrived late and even though we communicated well in our arrival time we did have to wait for 20 minutes before we got the keys to the apartment, it us understandable but still a little disappointing. Also the apartment is next to a busy street so the noise of all the traffic is a little loud, if you want no noise during your sleep than you should bring earplugs.

I traveled with 3 friends and the property was perfect for us. It was well located. Walking distance to Plaka and Syntagma square and metro station. Safet was an excellent host and met us promptly at the property. He made us feel like we were his priority, which is always good when you first arrive to another country. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and made us feel at home. The apartment had everything necessary in the kitchen. It also had 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms with bowl tu of hot water and a total of 4 beds which was perfect for the 4 of us. It had a roomy dining and living room area. We loved it!

The property was great and had everything we needed. The area couldn’t have been more perfect and everything was easily within a short walking distance. Staff was fantastic and very helpful with everything we needed. You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay if you want to hits all the main attractions.

The downside of being so close to everything is that it’s a busy neighbourhood and can be loud but a good compromise. My one disappointment was that the apartment we had was not as nice as those in the photographs and as such the price was a bit high.

The location is unbeatable. It's right near Plaka and within short walking distance to the Acropolis and the museum. The staff provided good local recommendations, and were very responsive, and were able to accommodate early check in. The area where the apartment is also felt safe. I would definitely come back and stay here.

Only minor things that were addressed relatively quickly once it was brought to staff's attention: - The place was clean for the most part, except some dishes were left dirty. - I would like to see some more towels so we can keep the place clean (e.g., cleaning floors when there is a spill, keeping the sink area clean, etc.). - AC remotes were missing for most of the units in the apartment.

Perfect location to explore Athens, 5 min walk to Acropolis. Property far exceeded our expectations, beautiful, secure and historic building, full of charm and character. Apartment was large and easily accommodated our family of 5. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Special mention to Safet who met us at 1030pm to hand over keys and show us into the apartment. Nothing was a problem for him, gave us his personal phone number in case any issues arose.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and has everything you need from the kitchen, laundry, showers and toilets. The apartment is within walking distance of all the main attractions in Athens and near many great restaurants. the relationship with the property owners is excellent.

There is no parking available next to the apartment, the apartment is located next to the main road and there are no double windows to prevent noise. This can improve the stay in the apartment to perfect!

Loved the location, it was big and spacious for our family of 6. The beds were so comfortable and every room and bathroom was very clean. We had tons of space to spread out. It was within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants Philip was an amazing host and came in and explained everything and even gave us his what’s app number if things came up. He was even willing to walk to help us find parking since we were having a hard time.

There was no parking close to the property. We had a huge van and had to find street parking which was hard. Also we had no access to heat and it was a little cold at night and we wanted to turn on the heat in our rooms and the towel drying rack in bathrooms. We asked the host to turn it on which they ended up turning it on during the night sometime. There was a washer but would have been more helpful if a dryer also. It was pretty loud right by the major street, it also happened to be Independence Day the next morning and it was so very loud very early in the am listening to the military tanks come in. ( I know this is not normal noise)

Location, location, location excellent easy to walk to all the main sites. A small supermarket a couple of minutes away a bonus when travelling with children. Easy to get the train from the airport and a simple 3 minute walk from the Acropolis. The rooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable, there was decent air conditioning, two bathrooms with excellent showers.

There was some road noise as it is on a busy street. This didn’t bother us at all but it might others.

Loved the location, the views of Zeus, and the apartment layout. It was very comfortable for a family of 6, with adult age children. It's hard to find 4 bedrooms, and this apartment was perfect! We all had our privacy, as well as good communal space. The beds were super comfortable. Also, the staff were great and helped fix a problem with the window, even though it was New Years weekend. They responded immediately, and took care of it. Super convenient to everything we wanted to do and see, and was a great way to begin our family vacation.

It was a little noisy, but as it was winter, we had the windows shut, so it was ok.

Fantastic location within walking distance of the sights and only a few minutes’ walk from the acropolis. Brilliant view of Temple of Zeus from the balcony. It is a busy area but the traffic noise didn’t bother us at all. Would definitely recommend staying here as it’s perfectly located as a base to explore Athens. The beds were also extremely comfortable!
