Everything ! The staff are all exceptionally helpful and friendly. Everyone at the Front Desk, the restaurant team (delicious food) the housekeeping and the porters are always so nice. We would like to take Helen home with us 😊 The location is excellent and we loved our room. It was our 2nd stay….we were also at the hotel in October 2023. We have told our friends if they are travelling to Athens, don’t stay anywhere else ! We also loved the furnishings and decor. Breakfast has plenty of choices…the Greek yogurt is the best we’ve ever tasted 😋

There was nothing we didn’t like.

It has the upmarket feeling, especially the suites. Breakfast was good. Nearby the street with all the car rental, so a good place for 1 night between airport and pick up of a car for exploring the country

It is difficult to explain: it has a kind of dated look even if everything is kept in perfect conditions. It has this international feeling that can give reassurance to some but experienced travellers maybe would like to have more of a Greek style in it.

The front staff was very welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and we loved the two balconies. The welcoming wine and treats was a very nice touch. We especially enjoyed the rooftop garden. The staff at the bar was amazing. We chose to eat dinner at the bar area two of the three nights we stayed at the hotel. The food was also exceptional. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay.

The location was really great! We were able to walk to the acropolis and even have dinner on the rooftop. All staff was friendly and eager to assist us!

Our A/C in our room did not work so we had to sleep with the windows open. Very hot evening.

Nice hotel in excellent location, close to many attractions (Temple of Zeus, Acropolis, Plaka, etc). The advertised view of the Acropolis from the roof bar is best in the late evening, when the nearby houses become invisible and lights expose the Parthenon against the dark blue sky. The hotel is placed roughly half way between the Acropolis and Singrou-Fix metro stations and if travelling by metro from/to the airport I recommend getting off at the latter station. It is a slightly shorter distance and on even ground (Acropolis Stn is a bit uphill).

The localism excellent. We stayed here several times during our trip. The first room 401 was good and clean. The second one room 505 was not cleaned well, hair was left all over the bathtub and bathroom, so they changed to 608. The last stay was in room 709 which was old, the bathroom door was next to the bed, making it hard to not disturb the other sleeper. Hair was seen in the bathtub but we were too tired to change room.

The cleaning crew hit and miss

Love this little European style high end hotel—all the details perfect and very clean and efficient. Tiny elevator and smaller rooms (vs US standards) but therein lies the charm. Has all the amenities and the BEST location and value, a few blocks from the Acropolis Museum. Folis and beautiful front desk lady and every person there was kind and helpful and amazing!!!

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Always a lovely atmosphere at breakfast and met some lovely fellow travellers during dinner in the scenic restaurant on the top floor - scenic because, once the sun goes down, there is a magnificent view of the Acropolis by night. The room was always clean and sheets and towels changed as needed. The location was excellent for metro, tram, Hop on/Hop off buses and the old town - we walked everywhere, but sampled all the transport too. So all good and no complaints at all.

There was nothing to dislike.

Staff was excellent.. accommodated early check in, beautiful rooftop restaurant/bar with gorgeous view of acropolis. Food was decent.. breakfast buffet great but make sure you include with reservation. Room was clean, quiet, bed was very comfortable.

Had a small balcony street view.. Athens isn’t ideal for views but that’s not a problem. Everything else was great.

Breakfast was exceptional for choices. Four different kind of egg choices??? Wow. I had no idea of the location since I took an Uber and went to my friends' hotel only. I didn't venture around the hotel. Staff was amazing. Extremely helpful. The decor was up there. I loved it. I especially liked all the trouble they did to set the dining area for breakfast up. Was perfect.
