Superb location and wonderful views from rooftop restaurant/bar. Quiet area but only five minutes walk from the hubbub. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms very tight for space and could do with some updating. Shower had tendency to run to scalding hot without water. However, we spent little time in hotel with so much to explore in the city so it really didn’t bother us.

Absolutely fine place! Everything worked well:: Staff, room, breakfast... all. Because we left to the airport very early, they gave us "breakfast boxes". Really cool.

Cleanliness, location, close to Acropolis, Temple of Zeus, Parthenon, Areopagus Hill, Temple of Athena, lots of restaurants, Plaka, public transportation, bus, metro, house keeping was thorough, hop on hop off bus etc. comfortable bed,

My room was renovated, therefore no drawers, no safe and no airport shuttle.

The hotel was very good.snd clean.It was very comfortable and in a good location. This included walking distance to the ancient sites of Acropolis and Acropolis,Musuem and eateries and restaurants. The service was excellent including a 24 hour desk for checkin and checkout. The meals were good and the view from the roof top bar was amazing including a close view of the Acropolis and The Parthenon. I would recommend to stay there and will be staying there again.

Everything was very good but the only lift for guests to use and for taking luggage upstairs was very small.Ii was limited to 4 people at a time and sometimes guests needed to wait for it to be available.

The room had a large terrace that had unimpeded views of the Acropolis. The location was two metro stops away from Syntagma station but walkable to the Acropolis and to say, Zappheion Hall. All the metro stops had lifts, so you travel with luggage quite easily. The staff were great, gave me early check-in and when I booked another night, the same room though the rates were lower. There was a welcome drink at the bar, though I dont rate the food very highly.

A coffee machine would have ben nice and the shower was a menace - either hot enough to scald or cold. I resorted to baths, borrowing a plug for the sinkhole from the front desk. It is strange that plugs are not in the room.

Perfect location, less than 10 minutes walk to the Acropolis and Plaka area. Very nice rooftop bar with view to the Acropolis. Very comfy beds, good air-con, all amenities for toilettes, room and bathroom new and very clean. Best was the staff, specially Rania. From before arrival she provided very useful and clear information, though check in time was at 15.00, she let me have an earlier check in. The day of my birthday, the hotel left in my room a bottle of very good wine with a nice letter, then also credited me with the breakfast of the day of my birthday. All really warm and sweet details that I appreciated so much.

Great location, close to Plaka, and small neighbourhood eateries, great view of Acropolis from the top floor bar/restaurant.

Bathroom could be better maintained - Toilet seat was loose and threatened to come off each time we used it. Would have tightened it ourselves but the design is such you need a tool. Left it as an angle so housekeeping would see it, but apparently they just pushed it back in place without fixing it. - water pressure was weak, until I discovered it was the design of the showerhead. Removed showerhead and pressure from the hose was great. Pls replace all showerheads of that design.

This is a wonderful place to go back to. Comfortable rooms furnished with class, gorgeous view of the Acropolis from the roof top bar that serves excellent food. The location is also very central just minutes away from the main attractions. One could wander through the streets of Athens day and night. The staff is very welcoming and one can experience veritable Greek hospitality from the front door. Great bellboy, smiling and warm faces of the front desk, attentive and friendly staff at the restaurant will make you feel special.

I always wish for a swimming pool. Even at such wonderful places.

Property was lovely and clean. Staff were amazingly helpful and spoke very good English. The air conditioning in our room was the best we have ever had. The room was large and had plenty of room for the two of us. Breakfast was ok, but not the all singing dancing breakfast previous reviews have given this property. The hotel though is not without its quirks. The lift is big enough for two people but not if you have large suitcases with you. Then it’s one at a time with a suitcase. On arrival the concierge brought out cases up after us. The rooftop bar is mostly given over to a restaurant. There is enough room for about 6 people to stand and admire the view and have a drink without sitting to have a meal. There are also 5 steps from the path to the entrance. I only mention this for those of you out there who maybe have mobility issues. There is no ramp.

We visited the rooftop restaurant/bar twice. I have to be honest, the welcome we received up there from the man behind the bar wasn’t particularly welcoming, and we left immediately . We did stay briefly the second time to have a drink and enjoy the view because it was our last night, but again the welcome was not cordial. Maybe he was stressed, although not many were in the restaurant at the time. I must stress this was the only negative of our stay, and I’m not to sure they our hotel staff because the venue is advertised with a different name to the hotel.

This hotel is very conveniently located almost next to Acropolis museum and entrance to acropolis is just an easy 10min walk. Hop on hop off bus stop is also 5min walk. TGS rooftop bar is the highlight with amazing lit up views of acropolis. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and let us have early check in, held our baggage till we departed, and also called the taxis for us. I would definitely stay here again. We had all we needed in the room for the one night we stayed here. There are great restaurants and shops within less than 5min walk. Really enjoyed our stay!
