We were very happy we decided to stay here! Koukaki is a great area with leafy trees, lots of restaurants and shops and the accommodation is perfectly located. It's also very close to the Acropolis but much quieter than right near the Acropolis. Everything was very easy from catching the metro from the airport to picking up our room keys. Instructions were very clear and helpful. The building is safe and secure and also has a washing machine and dryer that guests can use free of charge. That was really convenient for us as Athens was the last stop of our trip and we could easily wash a few items before a long journey home. Yannis, one of the staff was very friendly and happy to provide recommendations. Hr even shared some of the cheese he had just bought which can only be found in speciality shops in Koukaki. We were also sent a long list as part of our welcome to the accommodation. Loved our time in Athens because it's an amazing city with our experience there made even better by staying here in Koukaki.

I stayed in 7 hotels during my trip throughout Europe and this hotel was the best i stayed in so far, the staff are super nice, informative and helpful, especially Yanni, the facility is amazing, just amazing! Brand new apartments with washing cloth facility which helped me a lot, upon checking in I received an email with restaurants names in the area, activities, and a lot more information I also got an upgrade to a 1BR instead of a studio which was a very pleasant surprise, and got a complimentary wine bottle too :) I had an amazing balcony with beautiful view and some plants in it, with a table and two seats I loved it. Very decent neighborhood, supermarket, fruits and vegetables market, pharmacy and hair salon were all a few steps away and everyone I met was so nice and friendly, there is also an amazing bakery that sells the best orange cake i have ever had, among other cakes too, I went there at least 4 times! There was also a breakfast joint behind the hotel where I enjoyed my eggs and coffee in those lazy days! Acropolis was also 10 minutes walk, there was also few authentic Greek Restaurants next to me with some fantastic food to try. Metro station was 2 min walk, bus station was 1 minute walk, and main road was just 4 minutes walk I loved Athens and I will be back very very soon and will only stay at the same hotel.

Absolutely Nothing

Our top floor apartment was very comfortable and just like the photos. Good shower, although the bathroom was a little cramped. Good WiFi. Fantastic to have a washing machine on the ground floor that guests could use after 4PM. Unlike other apartments we had stayed in, a good supply of coffee pods. The apartment was serviced every three days, with cleaning and a change of linen and towels. Lift available so no lugging suitcases up stairs. Great balcony, although we were out being tourists nearly all the time and so didn't make much use of it. Good area, close to the Acropolis Museum, and plenty of options for restaurants within a few minutes walk. The hosts arranged a taxi from the airport for us, and gave good directions on how to access the building and the apartment, and had a person there when we arrived in case there were any difficulties. They also supplied us with lots of info on recommended restaurants and location of supermarkets etc. At check out, we had a few hours til our flight, and it was great that they provide lockers in the foyer for us to leave our luggage until it was time to head back to the airport.

The apartment was smaller than i had expected. Stated as 50 sq metres, but I think that must include the generous balcony. The bedroom had only one spot to put for a suitcase (on top of a cabinet that had just one large drawer, and with a hanging rack above for shirts and jackets), and no other storage space. Our other suitcase had to stay in the living room.

Everything was perfect!! The apartment is extremely clean, spotless!! The beds are so comfortable. i wish i had like these at home. The bathroom is big, and the shower stream is strong. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the building that we could use. The location is very good, 5 min from the acropolis, and 2 min from the metro station and all the restaurants, also, not very far from ermou Street The owner (i think) was vey nice and welcoming. I'm sure i will be back there next time in athens.

Modern apartments and well-located. Everything is newly renovated and great decoration. They have laundry machines. It is walking distance to the Acropolis. check in and check out was super easy.

I booked a basic apartment and thought that the bathroom was a bit small. We were 4 in a one-bedroom and that may have been my mistake but it was hard to even turn inside to get to the shower. Also, the elevator is WAY to sensitive. Any slight pushing too hard and it broke down. This hotel is NOT for people with limited mobility (wheelchair). People who are still mobile (walking) may be able to ask for a lower level apartment but be sure to make it clear.

Kosta and Yannis are very kind and helpful! The transfers and check in were seamless and the Apartment was very tastefully appointed. Good toiletries, excellent linen and comfortable beds :)

Everything was great. If I were to really make some observations, not that we didn't like it, but the bathroom is slightly on the smaller side but that was not terribly uncomfortable. And the walls are very thin, so you tend to hear noises from the outside or even within the apartment. But that's something g to just set your expectation around, the beds and linens were excellent!

It was a spacious and cozy apartment for 4 of us. There was a complimentary bottle of wine. Water pressure was very strong that it surprised all of us! We did self check-in and check-out and the procedures were very simple. They have lockers at the lobby so you can leave your luggages there if you arrive too early or depart late. It is walking distance to the Acropolis and Syntagma Square. Apartment is near Syngrou-Fix metro but you may wish to take the exit at the other side with the lift as Drakou exit has 2 levels and only 1 of the levels has an escalator.

This remains my favorite accommodation in Europe, the hospitality and the facility and the services and the area surrounding and the ease of transport around it are all top notch. It is my second time there and i cannot wait to go back again, I get upgraded to the 1BR apartment on the last floor with a beautiful terrace overlooking the Koukaki hood.... amazing restaurants and bakeries downstairs for breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is also a super market and a pharmacy next door, and it is few minutes walk to the Acropoli with a very nice cars free area with lots of local street musicians to enjoy... Metro and bus is one minute walk, I love the area and I love Athens every time I go there.

We stayed in a lovely two-room modern stylist-furniture apartment just a few minutes from the Parthenon. This apartment, located on the second floor, has a nice small balcony equipped with two chairs and a small table. It overlooks the not-trafficked street, nearly hidden by the orange tree branches and leaves. The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped, even for a relatively extended stay. A block away, a supermarket is available. The neighborhood looks safe and calm and easy to get with the underground. Self-check-in and check-out are straightforward, and, as a cherry on top, there are lockers for your luggage in case of early arrival or late departure. We recommend it.

Planning, communication, and check-in was very easy. The location was fantastic, close enough to walk to everything but not super busy. Fantastic food nearby, including the best baklava of our trip at Kosmidis at the next corner. The apartment was very cozy -- we had everything we needed. Loved the decor. Grateful for the lockers so we could stash our things on our final day after checkout so we could still go around town without our bags. Perfect time of year to go (late March/early April) -- the smell of the orange blossoms right outside was delicious.

Very little didn't meet our expectations. The robes were extremely small, and the shower was cramped. Other than that it was perfect.
