the location is great , was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, especially in the restaurant they tried to do their best. the room was big. the balcony is big too with a nice view on the street.

yes, i rated the hotel 9/10 ,and i have a lot of what i didn't like. - breakfast was poor and the same for 4 days. - very noisy building, it was the first time i hear like this noise in a hotel from the visitors ! daily in the night a sound of jumping on the floor could be heard from the ceiling of our room,in the corridor too people screaming and running! i dont think they are visitors, seems like they know the building and living there not visiting! - Internet speed and signal is zero in my room (5). - all TV channels only Greek. - all the floor tiles are broken. - white towels wasn't white and full of brown spots.

location is perfect!!! though one should take into account that the hotel is on a very busy street, and the nightlife continues... so, don't be surprised that there is still noise late at night... the staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave some recommendations which made our visit soo much better.

The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. Housekeeping would tidy and clean it up every morning, so after a long day out one would return to a refreshed room. Heating and cooling were both provided, and worked efficiently. There were adequate provisions for drinking water and coffee / tea. Staff was very friendly and helpful, with an always-on positivity. Would love to stay here again with family!

Breakfast was fairly basic, and the warm bits (scrambled eggs) tended to get tough fairly fast. Also, frequently one or more items ran out and were not refilled, in our experience: bowls, paper towels, warm milk, sausages, fruits, yoghurt all ran out at some point. The food was fresh, however, and the staff very friendly!

Location, location, location. It’s very convenient to move around all those places of interest in Athens. Getting there from airport by X95 express bus or metro is also very convenient.

Room, location is excellent but. Cleaning staff and young girl we met at 8 a.m on first day was immensely helpful

the senior staff at front desk was always grumpy or had an attitude. Scary to approach her

We found the reception staff to be very helpful and informative. We had a large room with balcony, plenty of hanging space and a very good bathroom. A buffet breakfast was available at an adjacent cafe on the street which suited us well. The primary advantage was its exceptional location, just a couple of hundred metres from the entrance to the Acropolis and the streets of the Plaka where there were dozens of options to eat and shop. Also very close by was the entrance to the Metro which was a huge advantage for getting around the city. While on a busy street, our room was surprisingly quiet with the balcony doors closed.

Our only concern was that the lift was too small to accommodate both of us and our bags, but it worked!

The location was great, we were able to walk to Acropolis museum and Acropolis. The bed was comfortable and we were able to sleep off our initial jet lag. The curtains were also black-out curtains which filtered out sunlight and so we slept really well. The refrigerator was also larger than what you usually see in a hotel so we appreciated that because we were able to purchase groceries from the nearby supermarkets.

The room was much smaller than expected. Also the shower area was uncomfortably small, in particular the shower curtain would sometimes stick to our body while showering because there was just no space to move and that felt really gross. If the shower is that small best not to have shower curtains really (maybe renovate eventually to a plastic or glass shower enclosure).

This is a centrally located apartment hotel that is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful and kind. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was easily the biggest one we had during our three weeks in Greece. Easy walking distance to everything, including bus stops, the metro, and the Parthenon and other historical sights. The drink coupons were a nice touch. We also had a fridge and coffeemaker, which was greatly appreciated. Loved this place and would stay again for sure. We loved it!

The stairwells could use more lighting. The only reason we noticed is bc the elevators were very busy and we often took the stairs.

The room was basic but it was exactly what we needed as it was somewhere to sleep and freshen up. Cleaned everyday, towels replaced daily, WiFi worked flawlessly, air conditioning worked great (couldn't adjust the temp but it was a comfortable temperature even in the Athens heat) once windows were shut, blocked out all the sound of the street. Looking to book a city break next year and will 100 percent consider Athens studios. ask for a ground floor if possible as the stairs are very steep and the lift is very small. We was on the top floor and it was quite tiring once at the top!

For my trip there wasn't much to dislike, we didn't spend much time on the room bar sleeping and showering.

The receptionists were awesome throughout our stay. Having breakfast included was a plus as well.The location was fantastic, within walking district of Plaka, the Acropolis, and a ton of stores and restaurants plus bus and metro stations. The burger spot downstairs had great food and was a wonderful option with our picky kids. Having AC....enough said.

The floors were not swept well, so there was hair and dust everywhere. The day we checked out, there were two roaches in our room. We understand it's a city but as it warms up that may need to be something to be mindful of. Also, I think the ac remote should be given at check in so the option is there if the guests prefer a cooler room at night.
