The hotel is in a great location—very close to the Acropolis and just steps from the metro station. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The mini kitchen had everything we needed, including a fridge, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, microwave, and utensils. The staff were always helpful and responsive. During our arrival, there was a taxi strike in Athens, and the hotel team went out of their way to provide detailed instructions for using public transport, which made a big difference. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Since our room was facing the main road it sometimes got noisy.

The staff bent over backwards to help us. The location is good, it's a good value, and the room was huge, complete with kitchenette. All that said, the staff (both front desk and cleaning) made this stay for us, giving us suggestions and helping us order food, cleaning our room according to our preferred schedule, and working to accommodate a late checkout. I previously stayed in another hotel in Athens, and even though it was a fancier option, I would return to the NLH FIX over the other one because of the staff here.

The entryway and elevator are small and therefore not easy to navigate with luggage.

The location is perfect so that you can walk to pretty much everything. The only time we took a taxi was to and from ATH. All my questions were answered very promptly before our stay. The hotel staff always were very kind and went above and beyond. We especially appreciated that we were able to check in a little early because our room was ready. Elena and Vasilis at the front desk were extremely helpful and unfortunately, I did not get the name of the gentleman who was working at night while we were there. The room was very clean and was made up every day with fresh towels. We would definitely stay at NLH Fix Hotel again.

Location: The hotel's location was fantastic, situated near local restaurants and within proximity to the Acropolis, making it convenient for exploring the area. Rooms: The rooms were tidy and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Staff: Reception and room service staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my visit. Overall Experience: Despite the nighttime noise, my stay at the hotel was pleasant thanks to its great location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional staff service.

Noise Level: Due to its central location, there was some noise at night, making it a bit challenging to fall asleep.

Location is great, and since I had the attic suite I had the most amazing terrace and view of the Acropolis.

The blackout curtains aren't really blackout. Also, if you expect quiet, the hotel is on a major boulevard and you can definitely hear traffic during most of the day and night. The elevator only goes up to the 6th floor, so if you booked the attic room there is a short flight of steps to climb, wasn't a problem for me, but something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues.

Very family friendly hotel in a nice homey neighborhood of Athens with every thing on walking distance. The room and the kitchen provided every basic thing that one needs for a stay with an infant. The daily room cleaning was just amazing. It is the first in many hotels, where a stay of almost a Week felt like being at home due to good services and equipments. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. They would greet us and our 7 months old baby every morning on our way out in a lovely way and that would make our day.

There was absolutely nothing that one can complain about.

little noise from the main road, not critical Shades block the sun but not 100%, in case you are sensitive to that breakfast is given in boxes, while it is kind of romantic eating in the room, I don't think it is a good breakfast and better book without and eat somewhere outside.

- The room was very spacious, the bed was very big and comfortable. - The room, the bathroom, the personel use items like towels were quite clean. - There was a little kitchen in the room which includes some of the basic cooking appliances and coffee machine. - Very close to the Acropolis.

- No parking place. You have to find a place at the streets around -which is quite hard in Athens- or a paid parking lot. - Some of the furnitures in the room was worn. It could be good to renew those. - Altough it is quite close to the Acropolis, it can be a bit tiring to walk to the other parts of the city like Monastiraki and Syntagma. Because Athens is a hilly city. - Since the hotel is located on a main road, it can be a bit noisy even in the nights. - Price could be a bit lower.

The room at the top (‘the attic’) is perfect. It’s a compact and immaculate room with massive, comfy bed, great coffee, and very spacious outside area with stunning views of athens, including sunrise and sunset, and of course the acropolis. I’m extremely glad this particular room was available during my time in athens. The staff were absolutely lovely: friendly, helpful, and outgoing giving local knowledge. If you have a breakfast box I recommend the ‘Greek’ option, it was delicious. The location is 2 minutes walk to some of the best greek restaurants in athens.

Great hotel close to everything. What I really like is the rooms are large and they each have a mini-kitchen. This is my third time staying here, and it gets better every time because I get to know the area a little better each time. Good bars, restaurants, grocery stores and everything else you need nearby. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Close enough to be able to walk to most attractions but still a little bit out of the way so that it's a real neighborhood. Fast internet.
