Staff was great and supportive. The location is convenient close to all attractions.

I would suggest a greater selection of items for breakfast. Breakfast was very poor and it is honestly the only negative I would say for this hotel.

Modern clean room. They left out a good quality travel cot for our baby which was a nice touch. Shower pressure was good and there was a really nice soap to use. The woman working at the reception was so lovely and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay.

The sink in the room didn’t drain but we reported to the front desk so I believe they will check this and repair. The bread option at breakfast tasted a bit stale and there wasn’t a baby high chair. The hotel is on a main road so there was a bit of noise at night (not too bad for us as on 6th floor).

We got gluten free bread for breakfast as requested, nice to sit on the rooftop. As we were on the sixth floor it was just one flight of stairs up. :-) We got great help to order food with delivery at 22.30 when we arrived from Paris.

It would not hurt if the breakfast staff could speak English. Using Google Translate and showing our message in Greek did not always work straight away.

Although I believe the price was fair, I missed a few elements in the breakfast: scrambled eggs (instead of boiled ones) and a grill for making toast. This is just my personal preference, but I think other travelers might also appreciate it

The location as excellent. Walking distance to the Acropolis and touristy part of Athens. Close to attractions and easy to get around. lots of nice cafes and restaurants within distance to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 2am and there was someone there to greet us.

The rooms are a little on the small side but the amenities were good. It's a little noisy and on a busy main road but overall its ok.

Big, comfortable modern room with a very comfy bed, lovely reception staff. Very small hotel. Good location only a few minutes walk from the acropolis museum.

View from balcony was awful, just looking into another apartment that we could almost reach, so kept blind down the entire time. Bathroom smelt very damp. But these are minor and overall it was fantastic.

Location is best , considering travelling and city centre , very much convenient, good restaurants nearby

Breakfast time was till 10:30 am and when we reached for breakfast at 10 am , everything was out of stock and no one was there to attend

Staff was super nice, always available and with very usefull reccomendations of local places to eat traditional food. They were also flexible and offer an option for baggage custody, although check out was already done. Really appreciate it. The location is very close to the center by walking (aprox. 15 min to Sintagma square), an also 4 min away from a metro station.

For breakfast, there were not a lot of vegan options.

We really liked that Urban Frame is located quite close to the main historical sites of Athens. It's also near the Syngrou-Fix metro station, which made it very convenient for us to use the metro. It saved us a lot of valuable time. Furthermore, the staff were really kind and helpful.

Super clean, very good and also safe location, safe hotel with 7/24 staff on reception, so friendly staff, comfy rooms and nice bath, definetely recommend couples who travels to Athens!

The rooms are so close to each other, and you wake up suddenly if your next door is slammed a bit.
