Everything about this place is excellent—from its location and breakfast to the comfortable bedding, spacious rooms, and strong shower pressure. It's conveniently close to the metro station, and there are many budget-friendly taverns just around the corner. I highly recommend it. I could check out late, which was great

I wasn't allowed to bring breakfast to my husband and daughter, who were still asleep when the breakfast service was about to end. Did not appreciate it, as I have paid for it.

The girl at the front desk, I believe her name is Alayna was very kind and so extremely helpful. I really felt blessed to have her there. We were very pleased that our room was ready early and thank the housekeeping staff for that the breakfast were excellent and the staff was all very friendly.

We had two body washes in our shower and no shampoo or conditioner luckily, we had our own.

Great Stay – Spacious, Comfortable & Perfect Location! We had a great experience. The room was very spacious, clean, and had a well-equipped kitchen. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is unbeatable – right next to the Metro and walking distance to the Acropolis and other major sights. They also offer a waiting lounge after checkout, which was super helpful for our evening flight. Plus, complimentary bottled water was a thoughtful touch during the hot season. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay in Athens!

Everything was perfect.

I recently stayed at Suites@Syngrou-Fix and had a truly pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very close to the metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. For breakfast, I visited Hotel@Syngrou-Fix, which is just a short walk away. The breakfast was delightful, with a nice selection of options to start the day right. I highly recommend both places to anyone visiting Athens. The service, location, and overall experience were wonderful, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

It had a huge balcony area. Although it was too hot to sit out there it was good for drying washing. A clothes horse with legs would have been good though. Was clean.

The neighbours barking dog in the evening was extremely annoying. Although there was a kitchenette there was no cloth to wipe the bench & no tea towel to dry dishes. TV was a mission to get going. Note: the lift needs a sign so that when u arrive you realise there is one. Not the usual looking lift - You need to open the door when light is shining thru window & viola there’s the lift.

Clean and pretty, just a short walk to town. The swimming pool on the rooftop is enjoyable as well as the rooms.

The bed was somewhat uncomfortable because it was too soft and sank under body weight. We’d also recommend adding a few hooks for towels on the walls in the sink area. Also, there is no toilet in the lobby, which is a problem after checking out or while waiting for the taxi

Room was normal size and cleaned, very good location. Good breakfast, it was in another building but 2 minutes walk. kind staff. We asked for early check in . Instead of standard 15:00, they let us in for 11:00 o’clock. We asked and in one hour room was ready. Towels were changed everyday.

Wish laundry was also changed even once in 4 nights. Room was very clean. Laundry was also clean for sure but wish better.

The suite was lovely. Big comfortable bed, huge room, big tv, nice bathroom with a spa bath. Tea and coffee facilities, basically everything it said in the description. Housekeeping was done everyday, changed towels etc The reception staff where brilliant (especially Christina) Very accommodating, very pleasant and helpful. So much so, our flight home wasn’t till 10pm, and they let us stay until 4pm, even though checkout was 11am. They never charged us for the extra few hours, which was very good of them. The only downside, (which has nothing to do with the hotel), the area is a let down. BUT, hey ho! Breakfast was plenty, we didn’t starve! We would stay there again. Oh, last but not least, it’s a 15/20 minute walk to the acropolis and city centre … do what we did, get yourself lost and find your way back…. Once you’ve done it, you’ll know the place like you’ve been there for ever.

The actual suites are in a different block, you had to walk about 50mtrs down the road to the hotel for breakfast. Also, again this is NOT a criticism, when you book your stay, it says the suites are on Falirou, BUT you have to check in at the actual hotel 50mtrs down the road.. just be aware of that. We were a bit confused, but it wasn’t a problem

Spacious family suite. Walking distance to nice places even if direct location a bit run down.

Not that I did not like it, but missed that the family suite had stairs to the bedrooms in the description. This may not be suitable if a member of the group have mobility concerns.

Beautiful solution architecturally speaking, new and clean

A bottle of water in the fridge, with 39 degree in Athens, would have been appreciated. Communication is sub optimal: check in does not take place on site, but in a nearby hotel. But I only found out this after I wrote a message saying I was on my way. I had not been informed in advance.
