Loved this hotel! Wonderful location in the Koukaki neighbourhood, a few minutes walk from Sygrou-Fix metro station. A few blocks away there are multiple car hire firms if hiring a car as part of your stay. The Acropolis and its Museum, and areas like Plaka are all pretty close and walkable. Acropolis is one stop on the Metro, Syntagma is 2 stops. Walking around Koukaki itself is good and there are some really nice nearby restaurants, cafes, coffee shops etc. There's a salsa dancing studio next door if that's your thing, and the Contemporary Art Museum is two minutes along the road. The staff were all super friendly, smiley and helpful. They seemed to go over and above. The hotel has a nice boutique vibe to it. The room we were in was very comfortable with a good bed, nice big Samsung TV, a small balcony, really good shower and nice bathroom It had a desk, fridge, coffee machine etc. - all handy. The breakfast options were good, with some vegetarian options. Our room faced internally in the hotel, with a small balcony, but actually we preferred it to a city view option as the road outside is a main road and extremely busy, so to sleep with the window open we preferred where we were. Our schedule was a bit play-by-ear after our initial week of Athens, but after visiting elsewhere in the country, we ended up booking back in here for the last couple of nights before flying out, instead of even considering other Athens options. Really great value for money too - we got an off-season (November) late deal, which fortunately had a 50% reduction which was an excellent bargain. Would definitely recommend.

Our only slight criticism was that the initial room we went to had a bit of a musty smell, but this was most likely from the air vents going from air-con to heating for the first time in the year. The room we got changed to (with absolutely no problems at all) was a bit bigger and smelled totally fine. The staff couldn't have been more helpful about it.

Modern, very clean. Eva at breakfast was so lovely - attentive and precise and very caring. She made the BEST coffee. Thank you! Also the hotel has a convenient location.

The rooms are noisy due to the main road on which the hotel sits , no matter which floor, no matter which side. Breakfast, while having a nice variety and always a lovely fresh salad selection and nicely cooked eggs, was otherwise packaged - packaged butter, packaged yogurt, packaged cheese and charcuterie…. In a country with possibly the best selection of fresh produce in all of Europe that was a bit of a disappointment.

I liked my room (it was maybe a little small, but) it was very nice and comfortable, the bathroom was very nice, the staff, the breakfast, the fitness room, the view of the moon from our room, the restaurant view of the Acropolis was stunning and the location was easy to get where I needed to get to.

Honestly, for what we paid, I can't name one thing that I was unhappy with. If I'm looking for something (for my partner) it would be a wider range of choices for a vegan breakfast. I'm sure some people might want lunch, dinner, and inclusive drinks but that's not what we signed up for and everything I got was perfect.

We had an excellent stay at Heritage Hill Hotel! The location is fantastic, just a short walk from all the main historical sites, making it a perfect base for our 4-day trip exploring Athens' rich history and amazing food. The room and bed were very comfortable! The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We also appreciated that coffee and breakfast were included in the room rate (though vegan options were limited).

One thing to note: the hotel is located on a very busy main road, and rooms facing the street can be quite noisy. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, it’s worth requesting a room on a higher floor and away from the street side ahead of time.

The location is great, with metro and bus stops nearby. The neighbourhood is peaceful and boasts plenty of nice tavernas and bars full of locals. It is within walking distance of the Acropolis (15 minutes). Selecting a room that does not face the main road is recommended, as it wasn't loud at all. The sound insulation in general felt quite good. While the room was of a decent size, it could benefit from more wardrobe space and shelving. The USB ports next to the bed were not particularly useful since we have USB-C cables, having standard sockets would have been far better. The room and facilities were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was enjoyable, featuring a good variety each morning—offering more options than many other hotels. We truly appreciated our stay, and the friendly staff created a warm and comfortable atmosphere. A special thanks to Andreas for the wine!

The property is a very safe area with plenty of restaurants around and grocery stores too. Location was perfect coz it’s not in the city(I don’t like crowded places and the noise)so this worked perfect and cherry on top the rooftop bar has the best view of the acropolis.

The rooms are a little smaller than expected especially if you traveling two people I’ll say cz it was small for me and I was solo so I’d guess for two it’s way smaller. Breakfast was very limited and for a vegan there was nothing for me but not being much of an eater it didn’t bother me much. Should reconsider including a few vegan options too.

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at Heritage Hill Hotel during our 5-night trip to Athens. This hotel made our holiday truly memorable. The value for money was excellent. The combination of prime location, and great service made it a worthwhile choice. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly helpful, attending to all our requests promptly and with warm smiles that made us feel genuinely cared for. The entire team at the hotel provided a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, with outstanding service that left a lasting impression. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Athens. We found ourselves close to major attractions, which made our sightseeing convenient and enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend Heritage Hill Hotel to anyone planning a visit to Athens. It’s the perfect choice for a comfortable, welcoming, and high-value stay. We would gladly return!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the rooms were well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The standout aspect, however, was the service, every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

The only downside was that the windows were not very thick, so since our room faced the road, we could hear traffic noise, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would still recommend the hotel!

Nice modern hotel with friendly staff. Very clean and spacious rooms with modern shower. The restaurant on the rooftop had a magnificent view of the city and especially the Acropolis. We only had drinks and coffee but they were great! Lots of items to choose from for breakfast in a comfy lounge setting.

We had a room facing the Syggrou street, while it was nice to have a view, the street noise was horrendous even on a high floor. I didn’t sleep well and was awake most of the night. I would not pick a front facing room again or bring ear plugs. New seals on the windows might be something to consider for the hotel.

The hotel has clean rooms with comfortable bed, good AC, small refrigerator, coffee machine, and a TV. The bathroom has a hair dryer, and a good shower, it's a bit smaller but manageable. They serve a very good breakfast. Their staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The rooftop restaurant has a great view of Acropolis!

The hotel is on a busy road, so you have bit of road noise, but we went to sleep after walking around Athens all day. The rooftop restaurant doesn't have good vegetarian options. We enjoyed food court opposite the hotel with good vegetarian food.
