Cleanliness, interior and staff was great. Good location, we walked to the old town every day.

Unfortunately there was a lot of noise during evenings/nights on weekends with a very busy bar across the street and a big street nearby, where some people seem to have performed street races from 4-6 am on the weekend. A lot better during the week. Double glassed windows helped but couldn't prevent a bad sleep.

The property is simply exquisite. I've stayed all over Europe and only a couple of places could rival it, and all of them very much-much more expensive. The staff, the building, the room, complimentary snacks and drinks, location are all pretty much perfect. They even include a QR code with a food delivery directly to your door which comes in handy in those +40 degree celcius days. Can't recommend it enough.

Only truly a nitpick that didn't bother me at all. The shower is a weird European design where you can't avoid the flood getting wet due to lack of the door and the floor angle. However, since i'm not staff it didn't bower me. Perhaps something to consider since everything else is already perfect.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The free snacks, water, coffee and wine are a great addition. Love that they are replenished daily. Staff was very nice and helpful with our questions. They gave us 10% off a cafe just a couple blocks up the street, which offered delicious breakfast options for a great price, I would highly recommend breakfast here! The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the Acropolis and great restaurants. We loved the location.

The area surrounding the hotel is mixed with nice apartments/ businesses and some "ghetto" spots, but we never felt unsafe. It appears to be gentrification, but for us, this was great because it helps balance a quality hotel for a reasonable price. The price was very fair. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the Acropolis and great restaurants. We loved the location. It can get a little loud outside the rooms at night, but they provide ear plugs, which is nice. I am a light sleeper and I slept well here.

The communication was excellent. We had some issues with a ferry system, and they were great at communicating with us and accommodating our changing timeline. There is a reception area so getting into the room was simplified. On many of our accommodations, we felt like we were in escape room, trying to figure out how to get the key, but this was seamless. They also had snacks water, and even a bottle of wine for us when we arrived. It was also close enough to walk to the acropolis. We took a nighttime stroll there, and it was beautiful to see the Parthenon lit up at night. Plus it was a great way to beat the heat.

I can’t think of anything that I would approve, improve upon. They really thought of everything. Maybe some vegan options for snacks but that’s such a personal preference.

The hotel is located in a small local neighborhood full of local restaurants and bars and within walking distance of the Acropolis. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful with everything we needed, the rooms are new, well designed and very comfortable. And soon the hotel will have a restaurant that will serve breakfast!

You have to take into account that the hotel is located next to a street with bars that are packed with people and open every night. For us this was not a problem and we slept well.

The location was easily accessable and close to all the cultural things, to nice restaurants, bars, shops etc. We walk during our time there didn’t even used public transport. The room itself was really clean and very nicely made, always kept clean during our stay too. The reception desk was really helpful and someone was always there to welcome us. They also responded quickly to our text beforehand and arranged an earlier check in. Comfy bed, AC, clean and great shower, snack and overall a very nice room we had.

There wasn’t anything

very central location, close to the subway station and many shops, cafes etc on foot. The neighborhood was very lively and felt safe, it was full of people at all times. The room looked brand new, I appreciated the design and cleanliness a lot. There were a lot of small thoughtful details, like the low lighting possibility, or the extra blanket wrapped in plastic for dust protection.The bed was very soft and comfortable.

not a huge problem, but I would prefer a 24h reception. The mini fridge was quite noisy at night, maybe if it was placed within a cabinet, the problem could be solved. None of the windows could be opened, which felt a bit strange. The reception felt a bit makeshift, for the price point of the rooms.

This is a very nice apartment with daily room service almost like a hotel. Looks like the rooms were upgraded recently so it gives you the new clean look and feel. Snacks/water is replenished on a daily basis, rooms cleaned daily which was deeply appreciated. This place is next to a major food outlet where you get plenty of inexpensive food options. This place is within 50 meters of a major road - so you feel perfectly safe. Yannis - the host, is a very friendly person! He gave us useful tips to make our trip enjoyable. He was very responsive both on emails and text messages and more importantly checking if we needed anything in the room. I will come back and stay here if I come back to Athens.

Nothing really!

The room was better than I expected. The hotel is in a great location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Another good thing is that they let me check out whenever I wanted!

The hotel was pretty close to most of the turistic attractions in the city. Neighborhood made us feel safe specially when arrived late at night. Staff made it very easy to do the self check-in and were very helpul on booking a taxi to bring us to the airport on our departure. The room is very comfortable.

Nothing. All good. Nothing to complain about. It exceeded all my expectations considering the price. Thank you so much for this pleasant stay.
