The apartment was clean and large enough, had a nice furniture and a good location.

It was not clear from the description that the apartment is at the basement which is not very convenient, it was noisy and had no privacy. The pictures were taken from the upper floors. Also no cleaning, change of towels was provided during our 4 nights stay.

Excellent location and nice apartment with most of what you need. Stores lose by if you need to purchase anything. Wonderful market sets up on Fridays so you can purchase fruits, vegetables, fresh fish and other items at great prices. Careful if you are expecting a pickup by taxi however as they will not have access to the street. There is a bakery a few doors away. Only about a 10 minute walk to the Acropolis area. A nice section of street closed to cars with outdoor restaurants a short 3 minute walk away.

A few minor things missing in the kitchen (spatula, some other items) but unless you are trying to do some major cooking you should be alright. Hallways are very echo.

The neigborhood was quiet, very easy to walk to local restaurants or get an Uber to the Acropolis. There were 2 rooms in the blue suite, on had twin beds and the other had a queen. The rooms were large, beds were very comfortable and pillows were soft. In between the bedrooms was a kitchenette which had dishes, cups, etc. There was a table and chairs but not a seating area per se. Outside was a small garden but we did not use that as it was very hot in Athens at the time. I would definitely stay here again and recommened.

The location was awesome— not right in the center of the madness but very close. Walkable to Acropolis, Plaka, Metro, botanical gardens, museums, etc. There was coffee and sidewalk restaurants in our neighborhood, a little off the beaten tourist path.

The only thing I can think of was that on early Friday morning it was a little loud in the front bedroom. But then we walked outside and discovered the noise was them setting up an amazing farmers market with the best fruits and veg and olives. Very cool.

Very quite residential area and close to sight seeing and public transportation location. 15 minutes walk to Acropolis and 20 minutes walk to Plaka. Very clean, comfortable bed, coffee pod machine. On Friday when I came out I was surprised there was a street market selling quality olives, fruit, vegetables and few other items. Nice back garden to relax with table and chairs but I did not use. Good quality bakery called Maua on same street must visit.

Shower cubicle was small but I managed.

A great apartment to stay in with a family. That is, in case you would like to get away from the Athens tourist buzz. If you like to have action around you, opt out to Plaka region on the other side of the Acropolis. The Koukaki Residence was 10-15 minute walk away from Acropolis and many other main attractions. Parking on the street was free and we did not have troubles with finding a parking place. The host recommended to us several eating places, both for having breakfast and dinner (seafood and meat restaurants were brought out separately) that were nearby. From our apartment there was direct access through the kitchen to the inner courtyard with trees and tables. It was very cozy. A great thing was that for each apartment there was 360 degree view available and you will book an apartment with a specific name. Not some anonymous apartment. So, you could really be sure, what you will get.

The main bedroom bedding was comfortable. The space in main bedroom and lounge area was large.

Creaking floors and door hinges. Although main bathroom was nice, it was let down by towel rail not been replaced, toilet roll holder fell off wall, small maintenance things which could improve the property. Lounge suite although looked very impressive, was quite uncomfortable. Pokey, awkward second bedroom, and very tiny kitchenette. Host was very nice when I was finally able to reach him, although the only way we were able to reach him was when the cleaning lady heard our constant knocks at front entry and kindly phoned him. The mobile number given to call on the door entry went though to message bank. Not very good when you’re a family waiting outside in the heat with a young child trying to get into your accommodation.

Kon was fabulous- what a great way to be welcomed to Greece with his explanations of what to / not to do and a bit of advice about Greek culture thrown in!! The place was spacious and well equipped- Nespresso machine, full sized fridge, kitchen, air con, access to washing machine, sitting room and an ability to separate the two bedrooms which is great when you travel with friends and just need a little space!!! Location is more residential than the centre of the tourist areas, but it only took 10 mins to walk to the acropolis museum so you’re within easy reach of everything!! There was some great restaurants right around the corner. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Nothing - loved it!!

Lovely quiet apartment with peaceful courtyard garden, great location a short 10 minute walk from the acropolis and key sites

There was a bit of a misunderstanding re the arrangements for getting in but they responded quickly to a WhatsApp message so all sorted within half an hour. Crockery and glasses were a little depleted ( only one side plate and no wine glasses ) and there was no microwave or hot plate so not possible to cook at all apart from cold food, but otherwise very well equipped apartment

Comfortable beds, great location, helpful host. Magnolia apartment has a lovely balcony.

Being in a city it was noisy a few evenings and sound travels from the adjacent apartments.
