The young lady up front was very kind and very generous and very helpful

The bedspread had cigarette hole Burns in them and I don't know I did I just slept on the top of the sheets

We’re supposed to get our $20 maintenance deposit back, but the guy at the desk acted like that wasn’t a thing.

Motel staff wasn't the best and was the rudest service I had ever experienced. Wont be booking at this hotel anytime soon because of the service and the way my friends and I where treated.

I didn't like anything about this booking, I had to put down a $50 deposit for damage purposes for my own and company policies. Then I was changed a additional $50 because I didnt have a vehicle of my own and since I came in public transportation (LYFT). I was told that I'd get the full deposit back but when I proceeded to go back the following day to get my deposit back they weren't cooperating with me and fact they locked the door and wouldn't allow me as a guest and first a customer to receive it back. I was highly upset with their decisions on how they treated me and quite frankly I won't be back here for a second time around and I most certainly will not refer or recommend this hotel for ANYONE.

It was a roof over my friend's head

I rented this room to get my recovering friend out of the rain for a night or two. She was treated rudely by staff, was told that she could not stay the next night and was told they would give me a refund for the second night which I did not get. Booking.com said to wait on them, message them, and to no avail. I am still almost 70 dollars in the hole for trying to do a good deed all the way from Georgia.

There's nothing to like

Pay for a room then they tell me I need a 50 dollar deposit. Didn't have the deposit and they still charged my card.and still have not received my money back

The location was close to interstate

The room had an odor, TV didn't work good, pillows were lumpy, bathroom wasn't clean. No breakfast and for the price of the room it should of been provided. Furniture out side of room, parking wasn't great. Uncomfortable walking to room with my small children.

Affordable place to stay.

The room doesn’t have a phone or iron. The sheets are torn, has permanent stains and the room on the website was listed as queen beds but the beds are full size. So my spouse and I are literally squished together to be comfortable and not falling off the bed.

Room was nasty poop on the walls dirty towels none of the outlets worked very loud traffic in and out non stop unsafe area .. I hated the entire experience

This place should be closed down

nothing the are rude and do not refund they said the name on the card has to match the person checking in… I was helping a friend get a room for the night and used my credit card

probably has cockroaches and bed bugs anyway
