Staff was excellent. Polite, informative and attentive. Breakfast wasn’t grandmas home cooked on a Sunday but it was decent. Fitness center was good for a quick workout. Market (drinks and snacks) was priced fair. Coffee was superb compared to the Hiltons terrible coffee.

There’s always Room for improvement. The breakfast looks and tastes like it comes out of a pre-packaged box. I get it but try thinking outside of the box with creative meal preparation that doesn’t increase costs excessively but puts a stamp on people’s stay with, “breakfast was awesome, I’m never staying at another hotel brand except this one.”

Clean, cool, comfortable bed, easy check-in. Appreciated the full size bath products and good breakfast, good wifi and tv, friendly staff and even a list of nearby restaurants. We were exhausted after 11 hours of driving with four more to go the following day. Thank you for providing a place to rest at a reasonable price!

Was greeted upon arrival, easy check in, room was spacious and clean, shower was nice and pleasant, beds were comfortable, quiet night

The parking was a bit iffy, had to park a distance with the reserved and battery charging spots taking up space but that was ok for us.

Facilities were clean. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Breakfast was okay, but I would have liked to have some oatmeal or other hot cereal. Could be packets of instant. They already have hot water available for tea.

Nice location very clean rooms are great and very spacious they definitely take pride in their work

Nothing except the indoor pool area was very humid and the smell of chemicals were just too much to stand

The front desk workers were exceptional. Everything was extremely clean. It was very quiet inside as well. The breakfast was amazing. Everything surpassed my expectations. I will definitely be a return guest in the near future.

There was nothing that I did not like. Everything was beyond what I expected. It was the best experience I have ever had. I will be referring all of my friends and family. I am excited to book again with you in the near future.

The facility was nice and clean. Most Hotels I have an issue sleeping due to the outside/ hallway noise. Could not hear any noise during our stay. Very pleasant stay. I will return on any trips to Little Rock

Check in was delayed. The woman running the check in desk was very informative. Definitely patient with everyone coming to check in 👍😁

Breakfast was cold and the potatoes didn’t look cooked all the way through.

The bathroom mirror was gorgeous. Wanted to take it home. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. And also for toiletries, they use DOVE products. First time I’ve saw that in a hotel. Very nice place to stay. Definitely would stay again!

Cleanliness, location, pool.

Bathroom curtain rod was falling apart and there were no toothbrushes at the front desk. The waffle machine was broken the two days we stayed there.
