I usually stay at this hotel when I am in town. I am a repeat guest because the location gives me easy access for the things I need to do. The place us clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is OK though they serve the thinnest bacon I have ever seen. You can literally see through. The hotel is beginning to show its age. Though clean, the rooms have an ambiance of being old. A top selling point for me is that no pets are allowed. I don't want to sleep in a bed where a dog has previously slept in.

Had a little problem with my toilet. I reported it before leaving the hotel in the morning. When I returned in the afternoon, it had not been serviced. I had to go the front desk again to get the issue resolved. That could have been handled better.

It was quiet (no noise from any guests, but the pool wasn't open). We needed to rest because we were spending time with family who was in the hospital. The location is perfect for travel to several different hospitals. It was great for us.

We would have liked to watch MSNBC, which we found out later was available in some rooms. TV was not a priority for us so that was fine. The breakfast was awesome. Loved the pancake machine that made fresh pancakes for guests. Bacon was so good, cooked crisp. Breakfast was open later than most hotels, we loved that, believe it was open til 10 am. Sorry I wrote the positive comment in the wrong place.

Nice large king room, with a comfortable bed, plenty of storage and desk space, an extra chair & ottoman, nice size closet. Bathroom had a large counter and a bright light. This room had a bathtub & shower combo. Good shower head. Breakfast room is nice and open, and the food was good - they had little cheese omelets, bacon, yogurt, pancakes, cereals, juice, and breads.

Though the bed was comfortable, the fitted sheet was too small and pulled off. There was a nice nightstand on one side, but nothing on the other side! A tub is not preferable, but we don't know if all the king rooms have tubs or just some.

Had to find a hotel last minute due to a family member having to stay overnight at UAMS. The staff was very friendly. I slept well. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. The veggie omelet hit the spot.

The reason I rated this hotel 9/10 and didn't mark the highest rating for cleanliness is because the sheets were dirty in the room I was initially given, and the receipt of the previous occupant was on the desk. The bed was made but it it had Cheetos or Doritos crumbs in the bed. The front desk moved me to a clean room. As a solo female traveler, I do wish the parking lot was better lit at night, but other than the room mishap I was satisfied with my choice for the night.

The breakfast selection was great! I was surprised at the amount of options. The fitness center was very nice as well. Rooms are very spacious.

I stood at the check-in counter for 13 minutes while the front desk employee talked on the phone with a future guest. I was surprised the employee didn’t put the caller on hold to check me in, especially since the conversation consisted of things that were not pertinent. (For example, he was talking about restaurants in the area. This guest was not checking in for another month…) The door to my room did not meet the frame all the way. It shut and locked just fine, but there was a gap at the top between the door and frame which left me feeling a bit uneasy. (I included a picture.)

We stay at this property almost every time we come to Little Rock. It's in a convenient location, the price is right, everything is clean and comfortable, and we can watch old movies on TCM!! Whether we are going to downtown Little Rock or to West LR, this is easy jump on the Interstate or boulevard.

Not a big deal, but the drapes seem to be a little fiddly the last couple of stays.

The property is surrounded by beautiful trees. It’s very beautiful there and there’s so many places that you can eat that are very nearby. There’s a Walmart in Starbucks across the street everything about this hotel. I loved my cousins recommended it for me I came to visit my family from California and I can’t stop gushing about it and I’ll be back in two years and I want all my family to stay there. This is only Hotel that I will ever stay-in when I come to Little Rock Arkansas.

The Breakfast they served had many options & was delicious! The workout room is a generous size & 6 or 7 machines to excersize every body part & weights are included They have a nice area for the outdoor pool & the pool was clean & its heated at night! Rooms are nice & spacious All except one older lady when we checked in, every other staff member we had encounters with was very helpful & respectful They have 2 guest computers with printer ATM located in office i must say this is one of the best hotel experiences we have had yet & most definitely will return & would suggest to others

Staff was very good and easy to be there. This is a very clean hotel and I was impressed by the cleaniness. I watch the staff clean the hotel, other hotels should come and see what they are doing and do the same!!

the hotel was perfect for my needs. Just keep this up as if I am there again, I plan to stay there. Also, I told 2 friends already about this hotel in Little Rock.

From the moment you arrive the hotel smells as if you were in a spa, a very relaxing atmosphere, and the reception staff, although they did not speak Spanish, made themselves understood very well, the best treatment and the rooms were super comfortable.

The breakfast is very small and with little variety, it is delicious but I feel that it lacks more options, like in other hotel chains
