Little Rock is not as "little" as it sounds. Traveling from the East to the West of the US, My family found this place perfect for spending the night. The hotel is in a great location, close to Starbucks for coffee lovers. Nearby, you'll find a fantastic place for breakfast—Panera. There's also a nearby gas station, ensuring you can refuel for the next leg of your journey. The hotel is very clean, and our room was fantastic, with a nice view. We stayed on the 5th floor; if rooms are available, I highly recommend it. Even Zaxby's is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. After a busy day, you can enjoy a hot shower and great coffee in your room. The lobby downstairs is spacious enough for quality time with friends or new acquaintances. I would recommend it to anyone.

I especially liked the omelets and hot biscuits for breakfast. (The scrambled eggs weren't as good.) I GREATLY appreciate that you use recyclable plates and wish there was a recyclable option for utensils. The fresh fruit available all day was wonderful. Also, we were visiting during scary tornado watches and your staff was especially kind and helpful. We had to stay in the hotel for dinner one night due to the dangerous weather so the food available in the lobby was a godsend!

The extra sitting area was nice so you didn’t have to sit on the beds to watch TV and you could rest and relax on the couch after a long day of shopping at McCain Mall. And the fridge was a nice touch for leftovers to snack on late night.

The breakfast only being open till 9pm. I think the end time should be more around 10-10:30am. Right when it hit 9:01am the lady running the breakfast closed guest up in the room and wouldn’t let anyone else get seconds.

Very clean hotel. Check in staff were friendly and check in was easy. There were ample luggage carts with nice reminders to please return them for others. The room was comfortable. Our room was on the first floor which I liked.

The bathroom door stuck and when effort was applied to open it, I thought it was coming out of its track. Breakfast was the usual.

We loved how clean the rooms were. Also check in was very easy! Easy to get to as well. The staff was very friendly and check out was easy.

I would still give a 5 star. But one disappointing thing is that we were traveling on Thanksgiving day to Oklahoma and we picked this hotel because they offered breakfast. Well because of the holiday they did not have a hot breakfast and my husband could not eat anything that they provided. B

Well kept

The fact that there’s hundreds of rooms and I had a dog with me that I let them know my dog would be talkative if he heard men… just to find out every room around me was a bunch of loud mouth dudes and my dog was good (surprisingly) but it was pretty annoying that they don’t give people space in hotel rooms anymore. I had honestly never heard so much activity in a hotel and it was just a loud annoying stay

Great location,easy to get around to restaurants.

Maintenance was working on the light fixture above my door at check in, they left some debris behind that stayed there the whole time. The suite was a good size and functional but there were stains on the carpet and the ceiling.

Room was designed well, modern and upscale. The room was quiet and comfortable. Excellent room experience. Area was quiet.

Breakfast was weak, not really that many choices of Whole Foods, just a bunch of processed stuff. Random 50$ Pet Fee not well mentioned beforehand, did not see any information about it when signing up. Other then that it was a really nice stay, I would stay here again.

Breakfast was great, plenty of parking, and staff was super nice!

Shower is supplied with shampoo and shower gel and no conditioner. Most hotels I've been at supply shampoo/shower gel combo and conditioner. My hair got an extra wash lol just be careful and don't be like me and not read the labels.

Location was closer to our activity. Starbucks and Panera were close by. We would stay again if returning to LR.

Very thin walls. You could hear everyone walking or talking. The family above us had dogs and we could hear them chasing each other around.
