I love the upgrades to the hotel my family and I stayed here for 4 months and we absolutely love it! I feel they get a bad reputation because of the location,but Truth be told for the price this is an amazing place to stay in my family and my opinion!!! I recommend this hotel!

I love the upgrades to the room and the kitchen I was able to cook for my family which saved me money!!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and had a pretty view out the window that our great-grandson enjoyed gazing out. Even though we were there for only one night for me to have a medical procedure done the next day, our room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place when you are in Little Rock.

I liked how friendly the staff was, I called the front desk because the air conditioning wasn’t working in the room they put me in and when I let her know her, she immediately put me into a new room that was bigger than my first room!

The distance in town ,not far to travel to and from stores.and the view of the town so lovely.

That I should have new alot earlier, I've would of been here months ago

the room was very clean and spacious

the tube needs to be updated the floors feel like it’s going to fall in in different areas in the room the doors don’t shut good all the way the smell in the wall ways

The staff was very professional and easy to talk to. Made my stay very enjoyable, I will definitely be back!

I had a room that was next door to the construction so it was very noisy, other than that it was pleasant!

The maintenance man open my door for no reason I had the top locked he did explain why he tried to open the door that is wierd

It was really nice having a kitchen in the room. It was quiet so we got plenty of rest!

Floor was dirty, my son's feet were filthy after walking across the floor

The employees DJ.. Giselle and Demon where wonderful people

I don't think the price of 89 plus tax is worth the roaches and clover mites in the room.. the shower faucets where not installed properly so cold was hot and hot was cold.. it was roaches everywhere. Even on the elevator. And breakfast is just a muffin and coffee at 109 a night I should be able to have continental breakfast I had to walk over to the adjacent hotel just to get a real breakfast.. eggs.. sausage biscuits gravy..

Location and staff the front desk workers were amazing checked on me frequently and even have me a shovel to use to shovel snow great service
