We had booked the one room bedroom suite which looked beautiful and royal and with its own balcony and a lovely bath tub. The staff were polite and always caring and our packages were booked and organised well. All in all, a lovely stay in the beautiful city. We also used the pool and the spa and the service staff and amenities were extremely good. The best part was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who took care of us and the grand spacious room.

The food is vegetarian within the the hotel and restaurant (it is delicious btw). One can always order food from outside, but would suggest also including non veg cuisines to better serve all clientales who would like to try the delicious rajasthani non veg cuisine.

The breakfast options were varied and the staff were attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. However, there is room for improvement in terms of taste to elevate the overall experience.

Everything about the stay was top-notch! The hospitality was truly exceptional — a big shoutout to Sunita and Rounak for the warm welcome. Dinesh from housekeeping kept the room spotless and was always courteous. During breakfast, the waitress (I wish I remembered her name!) was incredibly kind and attentive. Also, a special mention to Mr. Sumit and Harshit for their professional and helpful service throughout the stay. The ambience, cleanliness, and overall vibe made it a very relaxing experience.

Nothing to complain about — everything exceeded expectations!

The hotel property is in very good condition and well maintained to warrant the 5 star rating. The Hotel staff is courteous and took good care of the guests. The hotel is strictly vegetarian which is very unique for travellers who are vegetarians. The breakfast spread was good and caters to different cuisines from different parts of India. Chef Rakesh took great care and suggested us authentic Rajasthani dishes when we had dinner at the restaurant, which has a good Ala Carte Menu. Chef Rakesh went beyond and prepared for us another Rajasthani dish which was not on the menu. The staff at the restaurants , housekeeping, conceirge and front desk were courteous and took good care. The hotel provided all the comfort expected of a 5 star property.

The room sizes could be a bit bigger for a Hotel which does not fall in the Tier 1 bracket. The hotel is bit pricey for a Tier 2 city property. The details of our Booking suggested that we would have bath robes included but we didn't find any in the room. Probably, need attention to detail in terms of matching the room with what is mentioned on the booking. Also only 2 1 litre water bottles per day were complimentary per room, which I feel should not have any limit to make even better the customer experience.

Located in a quieter part of town away from the main city. Spacious rooms and common areas with a nice boutique shop in the lobby. All the staff were polite and helpful. Our suite was well laid out and comfortable. At breakfast we enjoyed the freshly made dosas and the delicious bean brewed strong coffee.

The gardens were booked with weddings which were loud into the night. The food is all vegetarian with no eggs but not as good as other places.

The courtesy, thoughtfulness & efficiency of the staff was to commended, making my stay in Jodhpur exceptional. The breakfast staff particularly went out of their way to make my experience memorable. Thank you.

On arrival I discovered the hotel is strictly vegetarian, I don’t recall that at booking, and would have preferred to have known at that time. However in principle that would not have affected my choice, as although not vegetarian my diet weighs heavily towards vegetarian, however in this hotel, eggs are considered non veg, and these have always been an important part of my breakfast. But having said that staff made great efforts to find interesting alternatives.

The staff of this hotel need a special mention. They were extremely accommodating. Especially the ones taking care of breakfast and in room dining food. We had a small kid, they did everything in their power to take care of us, such a great take away packed for us when requested with kids in mind and a very sweet bon voyage special treat. Making the guests feel special is an art and these guys know how to do it

The room size is much smaller than it looks in the photos It was a little off putting and we tried to upgrade but nothing was available. But the great experience later on covered up for that.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and spacious. The room service also decorated our room nicely for birthday surprise, on request. We really appreciate the effort from Team. The breakfast buffet and lunch menu was also good.

We didn’t have a good experience during check in. The lady in the reception didn’t come across as welcoming. Our original booking with breakfast and discount was initially not listed during check in. It’s better to carry the proof while check in and verify any discounts .

Staff service was excellent, took care of all our needs promptly. Housekeeping staff in particular were great. Breakfast was also very good with a lot of variety. Location is close to Umaid Bhawan, and in a nice quiet part of the city, which was wonderful.

Quality of beds and bathroom could be better. Bathroom fittings were not upto the standard of a five star hotel. While the hotel makes up for it via their excellent services, but such attention to details can elevate it to a great hotel.
