Everything. Big thanks to the receptionist. He was really wonderful! The place was really clean and the bedroom was big. There is free bottles of water as well and coffee (even more at the reception if you need) The area was well located (bus stop 2 min walking) and not far from Damyang (1h30 by bus, go there for sure as there is bamboo forest, a lot of souvenirs shops and nice river walks) The bed was also comfortable (not too hard like often in South Korea) If you are searching for a good hotel with a good price and comfortable, don't search any longer you've found it.

All was perfect.

I like the room, they have air purifier and air conditioner is very quiet so it's good. The room was clean, they provide hair dryer, slippers and towel robe. The bed was comfortable. They staff can't speak English but they were still helpful. I'm not sure if they provide continental breakfast (there was coffee, noodles cups, water, coffee machine and sorts of fruity drinks in the fridge) as they have a section of "cafeteria" down the 1st floor and none have a price written on them so. I love their shampoo as it make my hair soft and straight without using the hair straightener.

Face tissue ran out and I had to change the tissue roll in the bathroom. I don't like the lighting in the room as it doesn't have just one single lights, you have to turn each of the lamps surround to be able to have a kinda full lighting in the room. Also the sink doesn't have a hand wash so I had to steal some body wash to wash my hand. You can only see building for the view which is a downgrade despite the big fancy curtain.

Kindest staff ever. They all did above and beyond to assist us on any subject. On our first night, the manager recommended us where to eat and was so kind to give us a lift there with his car! They also gave us an umbrella when it was raining. The room was AMAZING - huge, clean, comfortable, nice touches, styler, big bathroom, nicely decorated with great lights and amenities. There's a coffee machine, ice, and free snacks downstairs. Even noodle cups! The price was really good too! We will definitely come back.

The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was clean. The TV was huge! Smart TV and easy to use. The staff at the front desk were very nice, the check in process was very easy. The location was convenient to get to buses. Really enjoyed our stay!

The only downsides were the wifi connection from the room, and the plastic mattress cover on the bed that made it less comfortable. Other than that, great stay!

I really like the size and cleanliness of the room. The first time I stepped my foot into the room, I was dumbfounded. The size of the bed was extremely big even there was only me staying in the room. Here are the advantages of this hotel. - Size of the room is super big - Comfortable bed and bathroom - Smart TV option - The room and the hotel in general is super clean. - The staff was good - Location. (Not that good but not that bad) I was expecting to have a bathtub, but there wasn't. Maybe because my option was the cheapest ones, so there was no bathtub option.

However there are something that I think need to be improvised. - Breakfast. The only breakfast provided was only coffee, snacks and ramyeon. I was expecting to have at least toasts to start the day. - Some plugs were malfunction. I plugged in the hair dryer, unfortunately it wasn't working. It worked fine when it was plugged at the other plugs

The location is great. This is not particularly a note about the hotel, as I've stayed here several times now- but more so about the actual location. It's close enough to downtown and many other facilities, with great access to public transport (excellent for daytime activities). It's however difficult to get a cab in this area through *hailing a cab,* especially for nighttime. If you're someone who appreciates the convenience of cabs, I highly suggest using a taxi call service such as Kakaotaxi to call one. Enjoy!

We liked that the hotel was near the center and the food street, but still pretty quiet. We didn't have any problems parking and the room was very spacious and clean. The staff was also helpful.

The lighting was a bit obnoxious because we couldn't make the room super bright. The only real problem was the wifi was really bad and we had to use our data while there

The room was spacious and clean, it had the basic toiletries and was cleaned every day including the toiletries replaced even if you did not use them. The location is okay, there a quite a lot of bus stops around, and cafes, but we found it rather difficult to find a restaurant we liked in the area. The downtown area with all the popular restaurants, stores, and bars is pretty close, approximately 15-20 mins by bus. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and the front desk mentioned that we could either leave our luggage there or they could open the room for us but it hasn't been cleaned. They also allowed us to check out at 12 pm. I am not quite sure if they speak English at the front desk, we communicated in Korean.

Free parking on premise, large comfy beds, big flat TV with free netfix, fast wifi, shower behind a wall - so you don’t need to shower all bathroom including toilet 🙂 free juices and drinks by the reception.

It will be nice to have seperate blankets for double beds.

It had practical charging ports for digital devices. And a nice light up vanity mirror.

The bullet proof from door felt I inviting though the staff made up for it.
