1: The room and toilet is extremely clean. Room is bright, bed is spacious, and overall a very comfortable stay. :) 2: The hotel is about a 5 mins walk from the nearest subway station, which is ok. :) There are restaurants and eateries nearby. If you are hungry in the middle of the night, the hotel also has snacks/instant noodles at the 1F lobby. Affordable prices! 3: Staff is very friendly. Hotel price is value for $. 4: [Perhaps the most important point] The hotel offers free breakfast! It is a mini-buffet mainly made of Korean dishes (rice, stew, soup, vegetables) and toast+eggs. The ahjuma cooking those food is friendly, and the food is delicious :D

Breakfast was a choice between bread and butter and Korean fare. Most side dishes are the same daily buy they change up the stew and soups every day. It's quite filling and the dining room lady is very nice. The bathroom is also big and comfortable. We just didn't like the whole door is not frosted, so if you're traveling with friends, you have to be mindful or cover it so you won't be seen.

The second floor area has a smell, we think because the dining room is located there. But other than that, the place is clean.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. After a 15-minute bus ride from the bus station and a 5-10 minute walk on foot, you're welcomed with an easy and friendly check-in. The room is great and cleaned every day! The bed is comfy (with an electric warmer), there's moisturisers and a dressing gown, the bathroom is spacious. You can easily walk into Gwangju centre (10 minutes) or to the bus stop for further destinations. There's a 24-hour laundrette just around the corner. Breakfast is simply fantastic. It's a full Korean buffet with local side dishes, a variety of mains, stews and soups. The woman who prepares breakfast is very sweet and encouraging - thank you! Excellent value for money, make sure you stay here!

The rooms were large and comfortable (the soundproofing was a plus!), the staff very kind throughout our stay, and breakfast, which was cooked every morning, was really good.

The bin under the table in my room hadn't been emptied before my arrival but there was only a bottle of water in it so it was fine.

It was decent with the price of the hotel and the location of it.

Overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay – the rooms were clean, staff very helpful, and location convenient. The only thing I wished for was more variety in the breakfast, as it was mostly Korean dishes.

Quite good location - walking distance from the metro and buses, as well as the main street and ACC Room was tidy and well equipped (kettle, tv, charger, cleaning supplies, fridge, bottled water), bathroom was clean. Breakfast was ok (the limited one on Monday was a bit odd)

AC was working a bit odd. The room was rather small and cramped. There was no wardrobe to put the clothes away. Monday breakfast (limited version) was in fact instant noodles (very spicy), fortunately there were toasts with jam available.

The staff was amazing, especially the man who was in the reseption when I arrived and left - he was very kind! Also the room had so many amenities I couldn't even dream of! A hair dryer is basic, but even a hair straightener, 3 hair brushes, face cream in the fridge so it's nice and cool when putting it to your face - who even thinks that, such a great service! Toothbrushes, facial cleansers, coffee and tea, satin robes (they were my favorite!), even a multi-head phone charger and I guess mattress heater (didn't need to use it), and so many more I'll forget to mention. Air conditioner, television and lights worked with the same remote, so nice to use. Breakfast was Korean breakfast which I like and it was delicious and the chef lady was very sweet. I was so pleasantly surprised, thank you!! 너무 감사합니다~!!

The LG styler closet in my suite was super helpful since we had BBQ almost every night. The water was fast and hot enough. The location was great. The staff was friendly even though he only spoke limited English.

The breakfast was more or less the same every day. The room is functional, but the design is cold. The bed is a bit too hard for me. Most of the signs are only in Korean.

They provided a high quality breakfast!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a delicious homemade breakfast!!! And the chef was so friendly that I had a pleasant breakfast with her comfort and service!!!

I don't know if it's a smoke free building or a building where smoking is allowed in some rooms, but there was a slight smell of cigarettes in the hallway! The room was totally fresh and nice!!! I'm sensitive to the smell of cigarettes, so I'm posting about it!!! Those who are not sensitive to the smell of cigarettes will be completely fine!!!

- Large room - Huge, modern bathroom - Friendly, English speaking staff - Excellent WiFi. Probably the best WiFi I’ve ever had in a hotel/hostel. - Lots of useful things provided with the room (toothbrush, comb, razors, cotton buds, etc) - Fantastic breakfast included in the price

- Very minor thing, but some areas of the main bedroom looked like they were starting to show some wear and tear (window, edge of desk, etc) - Other than that can’t think of any negatives. I’d definitely stay here again if I was in town
